They responded within moments of putting in my request on a very cold Saturday. I made the request at about 11:15 am and the technician was here by 1:30 pm. He was done by about 2:30 and we had a new fan motor on our furnace. Very satisfied.

I was very pleased with this company. They were on time, explained in great details of the existing problems and what the cost is to fix problem which was unbelievable cheap for what I had to have repaired

My furnace went out on Thursday night and the temperature dipped to 12 degrees that night (I hate winter but LOVE my electric blanket). Got on HomeAdvisor and requested a call. The called at 7:00 and said they would have someone at my house by 9:00. By noon, the furnace was fixed and all was well. The service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, always letting me know what was going on. I'll soon need a new furnace and these guys will certainly be getting the business.

I put in a service request early on a Sunday and on Hone Advisor the next opening was Monday afternoon. They called me at 9:15 Sunday and at no extra charge came out that afternoon and solved my issue.

Fast, friendly, efficient and doesn't overcharge.

I' m not an actor or commercial but these guys are REALLY GREAT, AFFORDABLE, THOROUGH & HONEST !! I git a call within 30 min. of finding them on Home Advisor. Richard came out that SATURDAY & NO OVERTIME CHARGES. YAY !! Not only dud he tune up the HVAC system, for the season, at my residence but also at my nearby rental condo. He was VERY THOROUGH, explained any details & when it turned out that the 20 yr. old HVAC system, at the condo, needed replacing, he was able to SAVE ME MONEY, recommended a replacement, backed up his reasoning & was able to install the replacement within 5 to 6 DAYS. DEFINITELY will be recommending these guys & keep using them. They install & service GOODMAN & CARRIER products, have 10 yr. parts warranty & can offer an extended 10 yr. labor warranty, too.

It was a super fast reply and service within 2 hours of me contacting the company, on a weekend too. The best thing about him is...he taught me few things what i can do to prevent my AC from breaking again the way it did and to prolong the life of it...that alone money can not buy. If i need another service then i would hire him again rather than those well known companies who charge you just for coming in and taking a look at the unit. I had a company come out before them and quoted me $2000 for the service . They came out and fixed it for $175 and did a great job

Phenomenal! Professionalism is out of this world. They are very thorough and want you to be satisfied.

I used a debit card and after the service man left they charged me 20.00 more for using a debit card.. After contacting and talking with another HVAC I was way over charge for parts ( Capacitors) that were used to repair my unit. I liked the repairman.... but it comes down to dollars spent. I believe in a fair markup on parts... but not taking advantage of a situation.

I needed to upgrade from a 20+ year-old central air system. On the initial assessment visit, Dad's sent an expert technician, Richard M., not a salesman. Richard's grasp of my needs and how to meet them convinced me to go with Dad's, and I am highly pleased with the results.

Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand.The level of customer service was 2nd to none. He even came back to check how everything was working, then he called again to make sure. I won't call anyone else!!!!!

We called Dad's at 8:30A and they were there by 11:00A. Richard was very knowledgeable, he quickly fixed our problem and we had cool air blowing from the vents before he could get inside with the paperwork. The repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. We will have them come back out in the fall before heating season to do maintenance in our furnace. Great service-great value.

Hiring these guys was the best decision I made!! At first we did try Bryant, they was out to my house 5 times in less than a week..spent almost $1,000 and yet my a\c didn't work...called dads and Richard came and fixed the problem in 45mins and I was charged 1\3 of what Bryant had charged us. Now my a\c is working great, I really wished we called them first!! If anyone needs any work done to their a\c , please let these guys take care of it!!! You will save so much money and know that you can put all your worries behind you cause these guys are the real deal!! A+++++
