First time buyer and I used this company based on the Realtors recommendation. Inspector was very nice but one month after buying my home I had to spend $1200 on something he should've caught and advised against. Tried to sue the seller and was told by the judge I should sue the inspector but my statue of limitations had expired. When I contacted the company he chuckled. No apologies no attempts to make it right. Would not recommend this inspector at all!
