Came because of problem with garage door opener. Made repairs to door without charge. I had to call them back a second time for another problem within a week. They did not charge a second service charge. Prompt, professional. Came the same day I called. Fair price. I've used them for years. Can't ask for more.

They're wonderful. If they tell you that they'll be here at a certain time, then they'll be here. They do not try to rip you off by any means. When they come to do a check on your garage, they tell you what you need and what you don't need. There has been 2 times where we couldn't get the garage door up and they were here within hours. They are reliable and conscientious with what they do. I give them an A for everything. They never leave the job dirty.

Spring broke last night. Submitted a request on their website and got a call within an hour. Repair guy was here 20 minutes later. He got the spring replaced, did a quick fix on the opener itself and sold me an additional remote. Overall it was a great job. Fast and easy.

The reason I went them was because of their price and recognition. They did aright. It took a couple trials but they got it right. They performed exactly as expected.

I called 3 companies to get estimates for a new storm door and Cunningham does a great job and they have a quality product. I would certainly use them again in the future. They were very prompt in their reply. I made the phone call and got a call back very quickly.

I called Cunningham and they were quick to call back. They had a repairman at my house quickly and he seemed to have it working. Very nice guy who took the time to oil things and fix it. It was $66 and I was very happy. But it quit working later that day. I had to call back numerous times over the next few days before they came. The guy who took the calls, Chuck, seemed annoyed and I had to call back numerous times before he got some one else to my house. Another repairman fixed it and did a good job but charged me an additional $20 because they had to come back a second time. He gave me some nonsense about them not being a "parts" company. I don't care if they're not parts company. It was only a $19 part. If it's broken, fix it. And he was condescending about the previous tech. Don;t talk bad about your co-workers. It sounds unprofessional. They misdiagnosed the problem and charged me for their mistake. They also were unresponsive to me once they knew it was a small job and that they had made a mistake. I wasn't mad but called them back to complain and then they never got back to me. The lady I talked to routed me to Chuck again to voice my complaint. I was never anything but friendly. I totally understand not diagnosing the problem. That happens and they did fix it but I shouldn't have been charged $20 for their mistake and Chuck should call me back with a little more promptness and professional attitude. I'm sure he's busy and may have been having a tough weak. But you gotta try not to sound annoyed, especially when your company messed up. Not a lot of money but it's the principle. Don't tell me I'm being charged for a second visit when the reason for a second visit is because you all misdiagnosed the problem. That's what they told me.

The spring snapped yesterday afternoon. I called Cunningham after their business hours and left a message. Talked to Chuck at Cunningham this morning and he told me he was trying to fit me into the schedule. Sure enough, he calls at 3:00 and asks if I still want a service call today. The service man was courteous and went right to work. The garage door was repaired in about 40 minutes.

We Love Cunningham! The garage door stopped opening when I pushed the opener and we suspected it was the gears, since we could hear the motor ok. I submitted a service request on their website on Sunday evening and got an email that night with a service rep cc'd, saying that they would call me the next day to set an appointment. When he called, he offered to come out that afternoon but we scheduled for first thing in the morning a couple days later. The service vehicle showed up at 8 AM exactly and the technician gave the price and time estimate before he started working. He was right on with both estimates and finished work within 20 minutes. This is the second time we've had a great experience with this company and we definitely recommend them to folks!

J. R. only charged me for Services that he did. Cunningham has a very fair and reasonably priced Service menu. You do not get gauged with high service call fees and add ons.

Always on time and courteous. Salesman told me I'd have new interior trim. Door installers told me they prefer to keep the old trim. They cracked a piece of cement but did repair it.

Made service call, scheduled appointment for next day. Arrived on time, performed the work, cleaned the work area. Installer was professional, friendly, and skilled. Explained all that needed to be done. Had some replacement parts for our very old & heavy garage door. Works beautifully!

Door was installed 2 years ago by a company that has since gone out of business. I submitted request to Cunningham online. They called back within 1 hour and scheduled appointment for the next morning. Technician (Joe) showed up on time and got right to work. He not only fixed the problem ... he also helped me understand the cause and to better understand how the whole system works.

They were quick to come out and arrived on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the garage door opener. It has been working well for 2 months now and it was functioning so badly before they come out, I thought it might have to be replaced.

I was able to schedule for same-day service. The technician showed up on-time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the door and explained how he was going to fix it. He completed his work quickly and everything appears to be working fine.
