Cunningham Door & Window

They are wonderful company. And when we have a garage door problem, we called them. They were wood clad, double hang. They are nice windows and not tip aluminum. But then, in addition, they are locally owned and I like that. They have a very good reputation and gave us excellent service. Their windows are a top quality. They worked with us to install them in a timely fashion. They did the job quickly. If there were problems, I can call them up and can take care of it. Those stand behind their product. They were very nice, clean, and professional.

Installer arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Very satisfied with the excellent quality of the installation.

Called Cunningham and they had an appointment that day. Joe showed up on time, replaced the garage door springs and even added a bearing to the shaft that was not on the door mechanism. He was very professional, quick and methodical. Great experience!

Spring broke on Garage door and after realizing that my home warranty would not pay for a broken spring went to Angie's list to find a good provider. Called Cunningham's because they were located in St. Mathews and talked to someone there. Told me they could guarantee an appointment next week but might be able to fit me in the next day. They called the next morning and said they could have someone there in 20 minutes. Joe showed up and explained what he needed to do and did it. He also checked oiled and lubed all the moving parts of the door as well as the opener. After watching this process I was so glad I had not tried to do this job myself. Joe was professional, skilled and meticulous in his work. Very happy with the job done!

Called at 8:00 a.m. and provider arrived by 9:30 a.m. John was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He immediately diagnosed problem and explained to me what he needed to do to repair problem and pricing. He asked about my transmitters and asked if I would like to purchase new ones that would operate both doors on one transmitter. He did not pressure me, but I was excited to purchase new ones. Making my life easier makes me smile. The worked was performed very quickly. He even programmed my wireless keypad so I wouldn't have to figure out how to do that on my own. John even listened to me ramble about whatever topic I chose to discuss. What a nice guy. Kudos to both COD and their employee, John!

We chose Cunningham because a neighbor used them and highly recommended their experienced Installers. The Sales Person, Lou, scheduled an appointment for the installers to come look at the space and measure before we signed a contract. We had to have a custom fiberglass door in this instance. We did take the option to paint the door ourselves. This saved over 200 dollars off the price of the door. We like to use companies that have their own installers. We were not disappointed. We also liked using a local company that has been in business for many years.

Our garage door was working with such a noise that we though that both springs needed to be replaced. The technician arrived on time. After checking our door he suggested that the door only need adjustment and the springs don't need to be changed yet. He did a wonderful job, we can hardly hear the door when it operates, and we saved at least $200!

Provider came to the house to look at my door to provide an estimate. My door was set slightly unusual. He was uncertain how installer would work with my install so he asked the installer to come by as well. They came up with a plan and provided me the estimate in a timely fashion. The door arrived sooner than I expected. They scheduled an appointment to install and arrived on time. They took approximately 1.5 days for the install as they had already told me. Their installers are not subcontracted. They work for Cunningham. All employees were courteous and professional. I had one other estimate which was significantly higher in price.

I ended up not using their service but they were professional and I believe have good product options. Just not within my budget at the time

I called Cunningham to have them check an electric which I have had a lot of problems getting it to operate correctly. Calls were returned promptly. Service was scheduled and the technician (John) showed as scheduled, told what the problem was and the approximate cost to repair. He was very quick, and professional, he also repaired a socket in my garage opener. Because the board had to be ordered we had to reschedule final repair. Cunningham didn't come on the day scheduled. They came the day before scheduled!. There was a technician in my neighbor so I was called to be sure that it would be OK to come early!! Wow. However, they was a small problem, a couple of wires crossed, but Cunningham came right back fixed the problem. Bottom line I am happy and will keep Cunningham in my go to list for garage door and electric gate issues.

Cunningham is always punctual. They installed it and replaced the keypad. They replaced the belt and it is very quiet now. I think that the price was good. I would use them again.

First phone call was answered quickly by a real person. Transferred to service department where my question was answered and appointment made to perform the work. Tech showed up on time performed some of the work but had to order a part for the gate. He returned as scheduled and completed the work. This company will stay on my list of repair people. I hope to replace my garage door and will call them to perform the work for me.

I have been using them forever. They are very timely and they always do a good job.
