Description of Work: They replaced a garage door opener. The only problem I had was they brought the wrong one. Part of the problem was that I changed my mind about the opener after the order was placed. In addition, the workman who was supposed to replace the wrong opener did not come as expected on Saturday. He did contact me to reschedule. Despite the small problems, I would use them again. They were very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: I was expecting them today between 12 and 2. At 1:55 P.M., the company called to say that the technician was running late. The service was completed for the price quoted over the phone. I can't judge how well the service was performed but the company offered a 90 day guarantee on the labor and service charge.

Description of Work: Repaired an adjusted an electric gate power box and key pad , cost inclued parts. It is very difficult to find any one to repair electricgates. I found Cummingham's on Angie's list and called. They have been responsive to calls,showed up at scheduled times, gave me an estimate and completed repairs as agreed. I will be using Cumminghams for future repairs and plan to call them in the spring for a new garage door.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE ORIGINALLY PUT IN THE DOOR SO THEY ALREADY KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE DOOR WHEN I CALLED. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE JOBS.

I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE A REASONABLE PRICE, AT FIRST THEY WERE SAYING IT WAS ONLY GOING TO BE $59, BUT WHEN IT INCREASED TO NEARLY $300, I STARTED TO HAVE MY DOUBTS. I HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME BEFORE THEY SENT ANYONE OVER. THE FIRST GUY THEY SENT OUT WASN'T DOING HIS JOB AND WAS TAKING FOREVER. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THE NEXT DAY THEY SENT SOMEONE ELSE OUT. THEY WERE REALLY SORRY THAT THE JOB WASN'T FINISHED AND THAT TOOK SOME OF THE STING OUT OF ME.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE DOOR. HE HAD TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AND REPLACED THE LIGHT BULB AND COVERED THE WHOLE DOOR WITH FOAM INSULATION TO KEEP THE HEAT AND COLD OUT.
