Garage door stopped working Sunday so I seached Angie's List and found Cunningham Overhead Door company and they had a webpage where I could email a description of my problem and ask for a service request. Got an email back in a few hours saying they could be there Monday and it would cost between $130 and $150. Got a call Monday morning around 9:00 am and they asked what would be a convenient time and I said this morning and they said we can be there between 10 and noon and would see me shortly. He arrived around 10:15 am. He replaced the worn gear, also replaced a missing screw in the housing, fixed some loose wiring, greased and oiled all hinges on the door itself and tightened the main spring. He was through in about 30 minutes and he was pleasant, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Plus it even came in under estimate - albeit 48 cents but it was still under estimate!

Our garage door opener quit working so I checked out a few places on Angie's list, and saw that Cunningham had several good reviews. I called on Monday, and they sent somone out Tuesday morning. The service tech was friendly and professional, and had the job done in less than an hour. He tightened the springs, replaced a gear in the opener, and reprogrammed a remote. He made it look easy, and the price was fair.

I was quoted a price of $165-$195 to fix my garage over the phone. When he arrived, he said it wouldn't take long and to fix and it would be cheaper than the estimate I'd been quoted. He said it would cost me about $90. He fixed the original problem with the door, noticed a few other things that needed to be fixed and did those... but it's not that he just fixed them... he was quick, efficient, and precise... did a great job... and still managed to do all of the tiny repairs in under 15 minutes -- which brought him in at his quoted price. It was pretty cool to watch somebody work who was not only really good at his job, but really enjoyed doing a good job. My garage door has never worked better.

They were very professional and very good. Their prices are reasonable and they only charged me for a service call.

Came next morning as promised. On Time. Explained what needed to be done, did and explained what was done. Pleasant and professional.

Called in advance. Arrived on time. Finished quickly. Explained what he did and why. Repair work has a 1 month guarantee.

It went very well. I was very appreciative. Showed up on time, in uniform, completed the repair, oiled all moving parts, cleaned up their mess, and provided me with a sticker with their number on for the future. I can highly recommend.

The company was great! My door came apart and would not open. I called to order a new door and opener. A serviceman came out that same day and repaired my old door free of charge so it would work until my new door could be installed. Since the door was a special order I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get the door. Two weeks later my door was installed. The 2 repairmen were on time and did a great job. I was shown how to operate the door and how to change the codes. They even changed my burned out bulb in the over head ceiling fixture for me. They did such a great job that I am going to have them install a new front door and side lights.

The way the garage doors open up is exactly like a normal garage door but the design on the outside is the design of a barn door so it looks like the doors open like double doors. It's sort of unusual looking, but it goes perfectly with our lake house. They are stained a butter colored stain. I am very happy with their service.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT EVEN CHARGING IT. WHAT THEY CHARGED WAS IN THE RANGE THEY QUOTED ME. THEY POINTED OUT SOME THINGS THEY COULD DO SO THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK OUT, SO IT COST A LITTLE MORE. IN MY OPINION, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ADHERED TO THE JOB.

WE'VE HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS THAT THEY HAVEN'T IDENTIFIED AND THEY ACT LIKE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. THEY NEVER GIVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER. I DON'T THINK THEY'RE HORRIBLE BUT I WISH THEY WOULD LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM MORE. I DON'T THINK WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT RELIABLE WITH ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS I WANT TO KNOW.

THE GUY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY THOROUGHLY AND WAS VERY QUICK. THEY INSTALLED THE DOORS FOURTEEN YEARS AGO AND I CALLED THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY FAST WORKERS.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. WE HAD GOTTEN OTHER ESTIMATES, AND THEY WERE A LITTLE BIT HIGHER, BUT MY WIFE WAS ABLE TO PICK OUT BETTER GARAGE DOORS THAN THE ONES ORIGINALLY INSTALLED IN THE HOUSE. THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THAT WAS NICE.

WE THOUGHT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, THE PRICE, THE SERVICE AND THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE SALES PEOPLE WAS TOP NOTCH. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE WITH THEIR PRICE AND VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING OUT TO THE LOCATION. THEY GOT HERE, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POINTED OUT THINGS, THAT I DIDN'T NEED, THAT I THOUGHT I NEEDED ,WHICH ENDED UP SAVING ME MONEY. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

WE HAD USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PUNCTUAL. THIS TIME WHEN THEY CAME AGAIN THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY ALWAYS FIX WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS.

I THINK THEY'RE FINE. THEY GET HERE, THEY DO THE JOB AND THEY DO IT QUICKLY AND EASILY. I'VE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THEM. THE JOB WAS FINE AND THE DOOR IS WORKING FINE.

WHEN THEY WERE CALLED THEY CAME WITHIN THE DAY. THEY GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR HOW MUCH THE JOB WOULD BE AND THEY DID THE JOB AT THE FEE. THEY HAD INITIALLY SAID IT WOULD BE.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. I'VE GOT THINGS TO DO SO I DIDN'T REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE THAT DO THE WORK. THEY GAVE ME THE PRICE AND DID THE WORK. I DON'T LIKE TO MESS WITH PEOPLE AND THEY JUST CAME, DID THE WORK AND IT TURNED OUT JUST FINE.

THEY WERE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY WERE HERE IN NO TIME. THEY CAME AS SOON AS THEY COULD IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AND THE GUY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WENT THROUGH AND DID EVERYTHING HE NEEDED TO DO. WE HAVE A SWEEP UNDERNEATH AND HE EVEN LET US KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO REPLACE THAT. OVERALL, THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY CHANGED THE SIDE OF THE SPRING SO THAT IT WOULD WEAR EVENLY, SO THEY LOOK OUT FOR ME IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE TO DO THE WORK WITHOUT BUILT IN OBSOLESCENCE. WITH THAT, IT WOULD WEAR OUT QUICKER, AND MY NEXT REPAIR WOULD HAVE BEEN A MAJOR REPAIR. THEY DO WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. HE ALSO JUST REPAIRED MY OPENER WHEN HE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW ONE.

THE DOOR WAS FIXED, AND IT STILL WORKS. IT WAS A GARAGE DOOR COMPANY THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD RECOMMENDED. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE.

I LIKED THE SERVICE AND I LIKED THEIR RESPONSIVENESS. IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE, IF I NEEDED SOMETHING, THAT IT WAS IMPORTANT. EXPERIENCE WAS PRETTY EASY AND NOT PAINFUL.

I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING, SO THAT'S A GOOD RATING. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IF IT BREAKS AGAIN. HE WAS VERY GOOD. HE WAS CLEAN AND HE DID HIS WORK. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND HE TOOK A SHORT TIME TO FIX IT.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE ORIGINALLY PUT IN THE DOOR SO THEY ALREADY KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE DOOR WHEN I CALLED. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE JOBS.
