hardwood floor
+ -1 moreI had originally contracted him to refinish only my stairs. The work was so nice, that I extended my project for him to redo the first floor and kitchen areas. The wood grain on the stairs shines through now. The work is beautiful and he is very professional. I had used him in 1995 and he continues to do great work. There were some unavoidable delays but not his fault.
Description of Work: He refinished 15 stairs with 4 coats of polyurethane; the landings; and first floor of a 75 year old home in the highlands. Original white oak top nail flooring with several areas of repair and new thresholds made. The stairs were previously painted black. They had been carpeted and I wanted to have stairs match the rest of the house.
