Craig and his team did an amazing job tiling my master bath. Craig was responsive and came out quickly to give me a quote and then was able to begin the work the following weekend. He also helped with design ideas and suggested corner shelves in the shower that I'm very happy with. The whole team was professional and easy to work with, and the work performed is excellent! I also think they left the space cleaner than they found it, which was a nice surprise. I won't hesitate to call Creative Tile again for future projects.

Craig came to give me an estimate on Wednesday and he and his crew completed the job the following day. He was professional, punctual, and the work was excellent! I will definitely use Creative Tile for any future flooring needs.

iThe shower in my remodeled flip house had been tiled by a "novice" who clearly did not have the appropriate skills and the grout cracked before anyone ever used the shower. The shower floor was obviously not level and looked awful. Clearly, it had not been installed properly. Even after the original tiler removed the grout and regrouted.the shower floor, it cracked again within 3 months. One of my brothers owns a disaster restoration company in Michigan and advised me that the shower floor structure needed to be demo'd and investigated to see if it had been properly installed and then new tile would have to be re-installed. Craig provided me with the best estimate to perform the demo and installation. Other companies who provided estimates did not seem too excited about the demo part of the job. However, Craig indicated he was confident the shower could be corrected. Craig also agreed to talk to my brother about what my brother felt needed to be done. After their phone discussion, I received a call from my brother stating he was absolutely sure Craig knew what needed to be done and had the experience to handle the job. Craig's team came on-time with all the tools and personnel they needed. The first day Craig's team demo'd the shower floor as well as prepared the floor, drain, waterproofing, etc.for the new tile installation. They showed me and helped me take pictures of all the errors that were made the first time the shower floor and walls were prepared and tiled (my was that a mess!). The second day the installation of the new tile in my shower and around my fireplace was performed. I could not believe this was the same shower! It looked just the way it should have the first time around. What an enormous relief to have a functional master bath. Additionally, the Egyptian glass tiles around my fireplace are totally spectacular and exceeded any expectations I had. I would definitely recommend Craig and his team to my friends and family.

Craig and his team were great to work with. They were prompt, did a very precise job, and cleaned up after themselves. They removed construction debris from the bathtub, leaving it cleaner than it was when they arrived. Craig is very reasonable costwise. He is also willing to make layout suggestions and give advice on materials. We would use this company again without reservation.

Craig provided a quote that beat anyone else and was able to perform the work the same week. The work was finished on time and he was also able to correct some issues with tile on our main floor done by another tiler.

Craig, Denny and the Creative Tile crew were really great to work with. The attention and effort that Denny put into the work was appreciated. One of the few times that I felt someone from an outside company putting the time and effort into the work as I would working on my own house. Always on time and ready to go. Work was done exactly to my specifications. Do not hesitate to call Craig and schedule work.

I got a quote from Craig on a Monday and he and his team were able to start work the following Wednesday. Craig was always good with communication (I emailed many questions to him and he was always prompt in his response). He gave me the quote for all the labor and some materials. All I had to do was purchase tile, which I was happy with because I'm a bargain hunter with a good eye for detail and for deals! So I purchased my tile and told him I was ready to go. He and his team showed up promptly on the first day and got to work. The old fiberglass tub/shower was a beast, but they got it out without demolishing any other part of the bathroom or house. They had to move my plumbing around, move the drain, pour a floor, install backerboard, drywall the ceiling, in addition to tile. I chose a white subway tile with an accent while Craig brought a marble shelf, seat, and threshold. The marble matched perfectly and I absolutely love it! The tiling is beautiful and my new showerhead/handle looks gorgeous inside of it. The toilet was a last minute add on, but they installed it with ease, even installing the satin nickel handle that was on my old toilet onto the new one. The guys worked nine hour days and were nice and professional. Craig was always easy to contact. I've already recommended him to everyone I know.

Craig was professional and ensured everything was done right. Great with his communication with me and very fast service. I will use him in the future for other projects. It is almost a shame that I had such a great experience. Now there is one less excuse I have for my home improvement projects!

The owner was on site at some time everyday and available by phone if needed. The workers came on time and worked every weekday until the job was finished. Some of the natural marble tile we purchased was in a color not seen in the display at the store. The workers went through all the boxes of tile and allowed us to pick the tiles we wanted. The other tiles would have been used only as a last resort. When the job was finished, we wanted to add some decorative edge tile and that was done in a timely manner by the company owner. We are extremely happy with the finished product and will use this provider when we redo our lower level. Anyone having this type of job done needs to be aware of how much power dust goes throughout your whole house. This is something that is unavoidable and extra preparation, i.e. drop clothes to cover furniture, clothes in closets, etc. helps with the clean up.

Overall installation took six days (it was a big project). The first three days everything went great, days four and five they seemed to be in a hurry and the quality of work on those days was not as good as it should have been. on the sixth day they came back installed our back splashes and fixed all the problems we had. overall it was a good experience.

Craig did a great job. He was professional and showed up on time. I would use them again

Looks great there on time did what they were supposed to do. Very pleased with the shower. Will have more work for them!

Excellent quality. The shower drains very well not leaving any "bird baths" where water pools. The quality of the tile install was excellent and they were able to match up the grout to give the appearance this was not a repair job. Overall extermelly happy with them. Great to work with and they kept their work area clean. Do not hestiate to go with them. He was very responsive to our needs and cares about quality.

I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Creative Tile and specifically Greg the owner. I met with Greg back in February to get an estimate to do an entire kitchen back splash and remove the old grout from and re-grout a marble master bath shower. He came out at the agreed upon time and we discussed what I wanted for the back splash and for the shower. He gave an estimate that I thought was a reasonable and customary amount. Based on the "glowing" reviews on Angie's List I thought I had found the right person to do the work. Never at that time or any time subsequent did he indicate he would only work with specific grout, never. I explained to Greg that I was waiting on getting a new range and microwave installed and the tile ordered and that would take some time to get in. He didn't seem to have a problem with that since he was very busy. At the same time we ordered Bostik Tru-color premixed grout since we didn't want to have to seal it over and over and the reviews on that grout have been really good, we couldn't even fathom it would be a problem since it's considered quality grout. We really wanted to use only the best materials. So all we had to do was wait until everything arrived and then we could set a firm date for installation. I even contacted Greg when I learned our range was back-ordered and told him it would be a couple more weeks. When the appliances where finally installed and the tile delivered, I called Greg to let him know we were ready to move ahead. We set up a date for April 18th. Today I just got a call from Greg and he pulls the rug out from under me by telling me he has decided he won't do the job. When asked why, he said he doesn't want to use the Bostik grout because, and I quote, "I just tried using it today on a kitchen floor and it's a pain in the butt". So now he's just decided he won't do the job, and that's that. I could not believe what was happening. We have done so much to prepare for this and just like that, he decides he's not going to do the work. What horrible business acumen. I cannot believe that he has such high ratings on Angie's List. Now I am beginning to believe what I've heard about how some businesses have their family members beef up the ratings. I can assure you that any reputable, professional tile installation company would want to use the best products for their clients. If they don't then you need to find another contractor. I know I am. We have so much more tile work to do in this house. But I wouldn't use this contractor if it meant I had to have dirt floors instead. He's dishonest, unreliable and completely unprofessional. A huge F for fail goes to Creative Tile.

They were very professional and kept their work area clean at all times, Very pleased with the results and had alot of good coments on how well they did.

Handled estimate and everything through e-mail. Very good at communicating. They did a great job on the tile work. Slightly disappointed that they did not trim off the bottom of the doors to keep them from sticking. Will have to do this myself. Craig called an offered to come back and take care of the door issue. Very pleased with this company. Will use in the future.

We called them to come and give a quote, we made an appointment for the following day. Craig called before he arrived and arrived right on time. We asked him to quote a few jobs for us, remodel of a small bath, remodel a large bath which we plan to do at a later time but wanted to get some numbersfor, and a backsplash. We mentioned we wanted to open up a wall and the gave us a quote on that as well. His prices were very reasonable. We set up the job for the dates the materials were to arrive, we kept in contact via text, e-mails and phone calls throughout the planning process. Craig always responded quickly. His team did a great job on the install, very friendly and professional group of people. They cleaned up each day after they were done working, stayed on the job late, and even let me have a couple of days to get the painting done before they came back at 5PM after working all day to put the baseboard trim on. They did a very good job on all of the different jobs we hired them to do. We were so pleased we now have them quoting installing outside lights for us as well. The team is very flexable, willing to do whatever design you want and will make suggestions for other ideas. We are very glad we found Creative Tile, expecially since they can really do so much more than tile!

Met and gave estimate. Told me where to get the materials, what places have the best stuff. I picked that up on Saturday, and he finished the job 6 days later. Looking at it right now, it looks great.

Wanted an estimate on cleaning and sealing old tile. Some pieces are cracked. I've had cleaning and sealing done before and was very pleased with the results. However, this contractor wanted to pull out all the old grout and said he could not guarantee anything because he did not know what would happen when he removed the grout around the cracked tiles. Fair enough, but I didn't want to remove the grout. Since he couldn't do cleaning and sealing, I'll keep looking for someone who can.

I'm in the process of getting this house ready to put on the market (hopefully in the spring). The very small bathroom on the main floor was in desperate need of updating. The last time it had been remodeled was in the mid- 1980's and it was seriously outdated. I researched bathroom remodeling here on Angie's List and the reviews of Creative Tile customers were very complimentary. The owner of the company, Craig Veteto, came out to give me and estimate within a few days after my initial call. I showed him what needed to be done, he gave me an estimate that seemed very reasonable to me ($4030.00 for the complete bath remodel and $300 for the tile regrouting in the other bath). I had already purchased the toilet, pedestal sink, glass shower door and new mirror for the medicine cabinet so those items were not included in his price. He gave me a date when he could begin the remodel and he and his crew showed up bright and early on that date. The crew was friendly and courteous and they worked all day to get the demolition finished. It was a very difficult demo because the person who had done the work in the 80's had reinforced the custom tile tub/shower with massive amounts of concrete. The crew arrived early in the morning every day until the project was complete. They did an excellent job and the bathroom looks incredible. I believe it will make my house much more attractive to potential buyers. I did discover that some plaster in a closet sharing a common wall with the bathroom was damaged during the demo. [This is an old house (built in 1926) with much of the original plaster walls on the main floor.] I pointed out the damage to Mr. Veteto when he came back for the final walk-through. I still owed him for some work that I added to the list after his initial estimate, and he told me not to pay him until after they came back to repair the damaged plaster in the closet. I was supposed to call him and remind him (this week), but I haven't gotten around to it because I've been busy with a houseguest all week, but I have no doubt that the job will be done to my satisfaction... I would definitely recommend this company.

Very difficult to go with an "overall" experience since we are only in the gathering estimate stage. However, I am positive that should we use Craig and Creative Tile, that the experience will be a good one.
