It went very well. They removed the old tile and hauled it away. The new tile looks great. They were on time and finished the job in a timely fashion. There was a small problem with a leak around the toilet. Mr. Veteto returned promptly, identified the problem, and quickly fixed it.

It was about $4700 and that included labor and materials. They were very, very good. They just did a really nice job, they were on time, and they came when they said they would. He gave us some good advice regarding what to look for in materials and some good advice in terms of how the tiles were laid in terms of pattern. There was a certain pattern that we wanted but he kind of recommended against it for some reasons, and we went with the recommendation. We're going to use them again right away for the backsplash.

We hired Creative Tile to install a mosaic tile back-splash in our kitchen that we are updating. Our experience with them from start to finish was excellent. They were responsive to the phone calls and quickly set up a date and time to view the kitchen and offer us a quote. They were able to schedule installing it that week. They were always polite, professional and showed up on time. The work was of excellent quality and we are very happy with the end results. We will definitely use this company again in the future if we have similar installation jobs. Great quality of work and a decent price for it as well.

First of all, Craig was the first one to message me on Angie's List, call me with minor questions and scheduled a time to come look at the project(s). Both were very small jobs so we were concerned no one take it on unless they made a great deal of profit on the job because it might not be worth their time and effort. Craig paid as much attention to my small $300 request as he would have to a $5 million job (at least that is how I felt I was treated). Craig called before he was ready to come see the job to make sure we were home and he called when he was on his way to do the job. He was extremely punctual, detailed, professional, etc. -- honestly, I just can't say enough great things about his service or his craftsmanship. The end result is perfect. In fact, he asked my husband if he was satisfied with his service before he left so he could fix anything we weren't happy with before he left. I've never had a contractor do that before! He also tolerated my typically DIY handyman husband watching exactly what he did and explained everything so if my husband wanted to try this later on, he would feel more confident doing so. He never once complained about my husband looking over his shoulder or asking him questions. In all my years (30+) of owning/renovating/updating a home/homes, I've never had someone treat me as well as Craig. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. Craig was so knowledgeable about so many home improvement projects as well. So when we're ready to tackle our kitchen (new back-splash and counter-tops), who do you think I'm going to call without hesitation -- Craig!!! I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to a dear and close friend or family member because his work was superb and very reasonable. In fact, if anyone on Angie's List has a question about Craig and/or Creative Tile, please don't hesitate to contact me. This is our first home and first major remodeling project and we couldn't be happier with Craig and his team! Craig and Denny are such talented tilers, our shower and floor came out looking beautiful! We appreciate their craftsmanship....especially when it came to selecting the grout color - we left it up to them and they matched it perfectly. Our project took about a week to complete and we appreciate how considerate they were in our home - taking time to lay drop cloths, taking care during demo and installation of the new tub and cleaning up each evening before they left. We only wish we could have them complete the rest of the projects in our home right away! We will recommend Craig and Creative Tile to others without hesitation and we will certainly use them again when we are ready for our next project.

Gutted 2 bathrooms to replace floorboards on up, and tiling including ceiling to floor shower, wainscoting, installed ceiling fan/lights and fixtures. They did a phenomenal job, fully tiling both bathrooms for what it would've cost us to remodel 1. Absolutely gorgeous!

It was great. I have nothing but good things to say about him, I would use him again.

Craig was very professional, and got our estimate to us very quickly. He was willing to make a couple of changes for us that we wanted and his work is excellent. We will use his services again in the future when we finish our basement.

it went well. they took glass door off prior to beginning. they were very good. when it was done. the very next day one of the tiles right above where they had replaced tiles cracked. they fixed it the next day. they helped me design what i was doing( couldnt get the same tiles i had before. which isnt uncommon )I rate them a5 or 2 thumbs up

Craig gave me a quote and I called him back about 30 days later and he worked my job into his busy schedule. Arranged to do work in a few days. Very pleased with tile work and highly recommend Creative Tile.

Initial meeting was comfortable. Owner is very relaxed and easy to work with yet very knowledgeable and professional. I accepted his bid immediately and a date was scheduled. Once the work started, his employees were on time, polite and respectful of the environment around them. They protected everything and cleaned up at the end of each day. The work took a total of 4 days to complete and each day as they left they tidied up and secured everything. As they took down the old tile, they asked permission to access my basement where they found tile debris had been falling and immediately cleaned the area. I would recommend Creative Tile to anyone considering work of this nature for both the professionalism and overall skill in the work that was done and the polite and friendly nature of the staff.

I did not use Creative Tile because the cost per square foot was way more than I was willing to pay. I had a quote from another tile contractor that was $2 less per sq ft. And ended up going with another installer that was half the price of Creative Tile. | |From the reviews I read about Creative Tile, I'm sure they do great work.

They came when they said they would. Did the work and they were gone. They did a good job.

They did precisely what was asked of them, in a professional manner, and at an affordable price. I had asked for bids from other companies that didn't listen to what I wanted, and quoted ridiculous prices ($5000 per bathroom). Craig listened and did what I wanted for a fraction of the cost, and it looks great. I couldn't recommend them any more highly!

Craig and Lewis did an excellent job. Craig visited our house to provide an estimate and the job came in under his estimate. He also was very flexible with us as we had to reschedule a couple of times. He and Lewis arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the area before leaving. They were professional and performed the service we requested.

After I saw how great of job they did I had them look at my unfinished kitchen. Craig recommended a great contractor (Rusty Marples 640-3137) to finish the cabinets and they came back to do the back splash.This will not be my last house. I am so glad I have my tile guys and contractor for my present and future houses.

They did very well. Showed up when they said. Stayed until the job was done. Kept it clean and very professional.

Craig Veteto and his team did a phenomenal job of demolition, putting in a new shower, vanity and floors. They were punctual, pleasant, and did everything they said they would do within the budget allotted, even though there were issues that came up that required extra effort on their part. They cleaned up before they left each day - never left a mess. They also did several things not in their bid at no charge to me. Weather kept them from finishing on time, but it was a great experience. The quality of the work was superb. These guys can do it all. If you have any tile/remodel work to do - give them a call. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

I have only one problem with their work and that is that water pools in the middle of my patio now and I have to sweep it off every time it rains. Everything else was very good and I am 90% pleased with their work.

The owner helped design a new lay-out for church bathrooms. He remodled one bathroom and built a new bathroom. The people that did the work were both professional in their demeanor and in their work. I am well satisfied with the materials used and the work that was done. Both were top notch. Was willing to work with me on any suggestions that I had. Hauled all of the debris away. Worked around my schedule and although the work coverred two weekends when we had church services, he made it possible to continue our normal schedule conveniently. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly. The owner also kept in constant contact with me and was available any time that I called with a question.

This was a huge job, done in stages over several months. Craig's estimate was spot-on, however after he did such an amazing job in our kitchen, we started adding other projects to the list. Before we knew it, Creative Tile had rehabbed most rooms in our house. Craig and his team were absolutely professional, did fabulous work, paid attention to the details and cleaned up after themselves. They were flexible and worked around our hectic schedule, including Derby time/guests. Craig listened to our suggestions and gave constructive (and creative) feedback. I was always kept abreast of progress, materials needed, etc. and was in constant communication with him. Creative Tile/Craig Veteto exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Creative Tile to anyone considering tile (and other) work.

The job was done satisfactorily, timely, but they left a mess to clean up. Trash left behind as well as walls to repaint.

They were very prompt in coming to evaluate and give me a quote. The price I stated did not include tile, tub, vanities, etc, but did include some other plumbing/construction materials. Basically, it didn't include anything where you had a preference of styles. They were able to start the job within 2 weeks of me accepting which was important to me because we were having plumbing issues with old bathrooms. Craig and his team worked very hard and were professional. They showed up when they were said they would and even worked one Saturday to get the job done. It was a large task to complete 2 bathrooms at once, but they shared plumbing and it had to be done. They completed the job in about 10 or 11 days. The bathrooms turned out beautiful and I would definitely use Creative Tile again.

Did a terrific job. On time, very clean and did a great job. Will use them to put in a tile floor in Kitchen.

Craig and his team did an AMAZING! job on our kitchen! We went from vinyl which wasn't in bad condition, but were looking to upgrade. I contacted Craig via AL and he called that evening to set up a time to quote a price. He was flexible with our schedule, was on time, and gave us the lowest of our three offers! He was very straightforward with my husband, and took his time to explain where costs came in and what different steps of the project would cost. He was able to schedule me about two weeks out, and communicated quickly through AL when I had questions. I picked up my own tile but told him the color of grout we preferred. We were originally scheduled to start on 10/28, but Craig called a day beforehand and asked if it were possible to push the day back to he could finish another project that had hit a small delay. He said he didn't want to leave a project halfway, but that if we had scheduled around him he would come Monday morning and work on that project Monday evening. It was no problem for us to reschedule, and he and his two WONDERFUL workers showed up on Tuesday morning right on time. My husband was very concerned about me being alone in the house with these two contractors. However, the men were fantastic and I felt very comfortable with them. They were friendly, and had it not been for occasional laughs or their radio I would not have known they were here. They laid nearly all the tile on Tuesday (leaving only a small closet to cut), and were on time Wednesday morning to finish up. They finished tiling and grouted the entire area Tuesday morning before telling me they were going to lunch and would be back. When they returned, they moved all my appliances back and replaced the shoe-molding. They cleaned up and asked if I had any questions/concerns before leaving. I really could not say enough good about Creative Tile. They had to work over some problems in our older concrete floor- and you absolutely cannot tell there is any discrepancy in the concrete flooring! I am so pleased! I have already started asking husband about having Creative Tile install tile in our bathrooms! Thank you, Creative Tile!
