It didn't. The gentleman came out and wrote an estimate. We verbally accepted the estimate on the spot and asked when he could work us into his schedule. He said it wouldn't be until 2/10 or 2/11/17. We said fine. And when that date came, he didn't show and didn't answer his phone when we called to reschedule. I guess, he didn't want our job. It would have been nice if he had just said so initially, instead of making us wait to see if he would show up.

Craig and his team did a fantastic job. They were always on time and if they were running late, would always call. They cleaned up and kept the work location neat. They were very professional and performed the work requested.

They came out and gave me an estimate and it was high. They were nice people. They can work more with the price to improve. They were pretty quick on responsive.

We were very satisfied with creative tile. I would definitely hire them again. They were very prompt, communicated well, and kept the worksite as clean as possible. We had a large tub removed and replaced with a large shower. It is beautiful and the tiling job is perfect.

They were there when they said they would be. They cleaned up when they left. They just did a very good job. The workmanship was very good. We got several estimates. Theirs was right in the middle. The only thing, and it's not even a complaint because they did it correct, I got my quote in October. They told me it would be likely after Christmas, January, before they could get to me. And he was right. That's ok, if you know you're going to have to wait. Then he actually called me a couple of days early and told me he'd gotten done with a job and could get with me sooner than expected. But I felt that because he communicated that was fine with me to wait. I met to day to inspect the job and settle up. We have another rental property that we're probably going to use them on.

Our experience with Creative Tile was excellent from the moment we first met Craig to the completion of the project by his team. Work was started a week after our quote and was finished in less than 2 days. Craig, the owner, arrived on time the first day to get his team started. Another Craig arrived as well to make sure things began smoothly. Ronnie was the subcontractor who completed the work. I was very pleased with Ronnie as he was polite, a good communicator, and meticulous in his work. He is clearly very knowledgeable about sub floors and tiling. Chris was Ronnie's assistant and was excellent in his own quiet way. They laid out drop cloths so our floors would not get damaged and cleaned up after they were completed for the day. Ronnie is very efficient and his work is excellent. I strongly recommend Creative Tile and specifically Ronnie for tile work. It was a pleasure working with you all. Thank you for a great experience.

What a wonderful experience. We love our newly remodeled bathroom. The crew was very careful working in our home, and very respectful. The workmanship was outstanding and we are very happy with the beautiful tile work and services provided by Creative Tile. Highly recommended!

Craig and his team of employees and subcontractors did an outstanding job! The home was built in 1937 with plaster which made the tearing out of the existing plaster a difficult task, but it was done in a timely and professional manner. Also, the new replacement tile was marble, not ceramic tile, which not typical for this type of job, and it was installed to perfection. I highly recommend Craig and Creative Tile if you are considering a bathroom renovation. By the way, Craig's estimate was not the lowest but we selected his firm based upon his Angie's List reviews and are extremely happy with our decision.

After starting a project I was unable to finish I called Craig to bail me out. He came by to give an estimate and was able to install the tile the next day. He and his assistant (also named Craig) arrived exactly when Craig said they'd be there. Both Craigs were personable and answered any questions I had. The work performed was great and looks good. I plan on hiring Craig in the future for our other bathroom and to do some backsplash work.

Craig and his crew are so nice and do excellent, meticulous work. I was so pleased. I got the impression that Craig is very honest and his prices fair. Highly recommend.

Craig and his crew did an awesome job installing a very difficult tile into our home. Our kitchen, family room and dining room were all open and connected, but had three different types of flooring (wood, tile and carpet). We wanted this to all be the same so we searched around for someone to lay wood look tile throughout the entire space. At the same time we also decided to update our existing tile fireplace surround as well as our kitchen backsplash. I found Craig with Creative Tile using Angie's List and I'm glad I did. He worked with our schedule and completed the work on time and within budget. He even came back and did a little extra work we decided we wanted done afterwards at no additional cost. I did some of the prep work myself such as removing the existing carpet and hardwood floor and Creative Tile took care of the very labor intensive job of pulling up the existing tile. We have three little kids at our home and our kitchen was out of commission during this project so time was of the essence and Craig made sure to stick to the schedule and even worked throughout the weekend to make sure it was done as quickly as possible. He kept me informed of the progress and let us know where we could and couldn't step and how long to stay off of each area. He worked around our kids schedule and our floor plan so we could access the areas needed while still living there. We also chose a very difficult tile to install because each piece was 10" wide by 5 feet long. The team at Creative Tile made sure everything stayed level and did a fabulous job. The end product was installed wonderfully. We love our new floors and backsplash and I would definitely use Creative Tile again for any tile work we need done.

Creative Tile ( Craig Veteto) was very responsive to my call for an estimate. Craig came by 2 days later to look at the space and measure .We discussed the "needs vs wants along with the time frame to complete the project. At that time he was currently 3-4 weeks out which great for us as we had not selected our tile. Demo Day : Craig and his crew ( Denny and Chris) arrived on time and didn't waste anytime getting started. They covered all the flooring that they were going to be walking/ working on throughout our house. The shower area was completely torn down to the studs along with the replacement of the rotted wood, shower pan,etc. They were always respectful and cleaned the work area before leaving for the day. I had a few questions during the process and had no problems with communication with Craig and his team...... Even though it was just a shower remodel it transformed the space. The project was finished on time and budget.

Contractor came out and quoted a price for the job which seemed very reasonable. Scheduled the job for 18 days later. The morning of the scheduled start date came and I had not heard from the contractor since the day of the estimate. Decided to give him a call to be sure we were still on and was then informed that it would be 12 more days until he could start the job. I understand that schedules change but he made no effort to inform me that he was not going to be able to start the work as agreed upon. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. My wife and I altered work schedules to be available that day only to find out at the last minute that he was not going to be there. His price was right and was responsive with the estimate but the lack of communication leading up to the start date has forced us to look elsewhere for services.

We had another contractor start the job of laying our tile floors in our kitchen. Due to some issues with his work, we canceled with him and called Craig at Creative Tile. He came out to give us an estimate, and we scheduled the work right away. Due to some weather issues, the work was pushed back a few days, but once it started, Craig and his crew (which consists of other guys named Craig) were very punctual. We've worked with many service providers in the past, and this the first time where the time we were told was the time they showed up -- on the nose -- every day of the project. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Craig was thoughtful and, true to the company's name, creative in his approach to any of the problem spots around doorways where the floor level had changed due to the previous contractor's choices. One tile did not come out how we wanted, and Craig had no problem pulling that one up and reworking it to our satisfaction. The floor looks fantastic. Not only that, but the baseboards and quarter-round look are perfect. Other flooring companies we've worked with have rushed that part of the job and given sloppy results. We couldn't be happier with Craig's work, and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Creative Tile was super. Craig and his crew (Denny, Chris, Dean) were great to work with. Almost no mess, were always prompt, job went as planned, everyone was very professional and accommodating. They made a horrific job very bearable. Would highly recommend Creative Tile to anyone considering remodeling bath or kitchen.

My husband was trying to tile our bathroom floor and after tearing everything out his back went out, we had a mess. After months I e-mailed Craig the owner of Creative Tile explaining our situation. He called, came out and gave us a price and said they would be out the following week. They were here and on time and did a great job. We are very happy with our new floor. We have several other jobs and will be calling his company again.

It took two days. Came out the first day and busted up the existing tile and cleaned up. Started to put down the new tile.Came out the second day and finished the tile and grout work. cleaned up everything when they left. Always on time and very professional. We plan to use their services again next year for another project.

Came out when he said to give me est.. Very good price. I was flexible with any date. He called when they were available. Came out when they said to set tile and the next day to grout it. Did a very nice clean job.

I called Craig to see what he could do for my bathroom. It had been remodeled and done poorly by another person. I asked him to advise me on how to fix/improve it. I thought I would end up starting from scratch as what had been done was such poor work. Craig came in and was able to fix everything for 275. 1 I couldn't believe it. He could have told me it needed a complete remodel and I would have done it, but he was honest and upfront. I wish I had hired him in the first place. At a later date I had him come back and retile my kitchen, again fantastic work!

I was truly impressed. The guy who runs it is incredibly straight shooter. He is very honest, very punctual and does what he says he is going to do. Afterward, everything was as it was expected to be.

It was great! We hired Creative Tile last summer to do our backsplash and bathroom floor. Chris was responsive via email and gave good counsel for picking tile/grout when I asked for help. He gave a fair estimate and his employee, Lewis, did fast, careful work that looked beautiful when complete. Both men were completely professional to work with. In the end, the cost came in below the estimate with an Angie's List coupon and in our decision to tile over the backsplash rather than knocking out the old one and re-tiling, which would have taken longer and made more mess. I was consulted with every decision, and they put the hardware and shoe mold back on when finished with the tile without even being asked. When, about 6 months later, I noticed the grout had cracked along the granite counter (we have a 110 year old home that no doubt settled under the heavy granite counter top; not a result of the workmanship), Chris agreed right away to come out and caulk the tile along the counter so that it wouldn't crack again. I would definitely recommend Creative Tile!

Craig was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and got back to us with a quote in a timely manner. He and his team were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They didn't leave a mess and always let us know when they were coming back to continue work. They worked with our materials and gave suggestions when we weren't sure what to use for shower flooring. The whole process would have taken a couple of weeks, but we had holiday obligations - the timing was very reasonable considering the scope of the work. We had received quotes from other providers, but they left us frustrated because of price, communication issues, and lack of professionalism. It's good to know that businesses like Creative Tile can produce a great quality remodel at a fantastic price.

Called for an in home estimate, sat the appointment and he never showed up. When we called him to find out what was going on his response was "oh I forgot". He offered to reschedule but no thank you! If you "forget" to show for the first appointment how would you ever expect your clients to trust you?
