Description of Work: Craig and his team of professionals started the job on schedule and were there everyday at the time they said. They were very considerate of our home in covering our hardwood floors and cleaning up their work areas daily. They completed a total gut and redo of our master bath. They do excellent work and we definitely plan to use them again! Thank you, Craig, Denny, Chris and team!

Craig was very detail oriented when he came to give us an estimate and remembered it two months later when the work was to be done. | |We have an old home, so Creative Tile not only had to deal with what our previous contractor didn't do right, but also the fun challenges that come along with an older home (slatted walls, unlevel floors), but due to their knowledge they readily overcome those. | |Highly recommend Craig and Creative Tile."

He was able to schedule the work for the weekend immediately after our tile order came in and all three bathrooms were finished in a day and a half. The team was prompt, efficient, professional and helpful. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.
Description of Work: Replaced vinyl flooring in three bathrooms with tile and added a tile surround to a jacuzzi tub in the master bath.

 + 1 moreWhen the floor was removed we discovered that the original floor was put in by an amateur who cut a lot of corners. Craig discussed many options with me and was willing to do whatever I wanted and work with me on finding the best solution without any pressure. Craig has work he does for other people, so he was only able to work in evenings and weekends, but that worked perfectly for my schedule. The floor looks great and it is now on a solid platform.
Description of Work: My kitchen floor (~120 sq ft) was ripped out and replaced with brand new tile.

 + 0 moreThe owner and an employee arrived and performed the work to my satisfaction. The removing of the stain was tedious work. They also cleaned up prior to leaving. I highly suggest calling Creative Tile if you have a need for this type of work to be performed.
Description of Work: Wanted to have some work done on some tiles surrounding the tub. Whoever had done the grouting work prior to me buying the home, did a rather poor job when staining the grout plus there was regrouting that needed to be done. Creative Tile came out the day after I called to provide an estimate. The estimate that he gave me to regrout the surround was amazing. We agreed on 27 Nov, about a week after the estimate.

 + 0 moreWe had cracked grout in a shower. Creative tile gave us an estimate, came on the day they said they would. Mr. Vititoe and a helper, repaired the grout, and cleaned grout that wasn't cracked. They did an excellent job. Our tile looks new again! I would use Creative Tile again!
