Stop by the house on the 5th to rent it to a new tenant and everything was going well. He covered my hardwood floors and carpet in bedroom and down hall way.They cut out the old shower and was cleaning that up and was waiting on some more material that they needed to come.By July 7, 2012, the shower was completed, and was beautiful, and he was very professional on the cleaning and dealing with our new tenants moving in while they work. I will use Creative Tile LLc again and again and I do highly recommend this company that would like a very professional job and at a good price.

These guys were beyond great. They were punctual everyday on the job, very professional, and described the work throughout the job to ensure my families total satisfaction. We had several late request changes to the job and Craig and his people were more than happy to make whatever we needed to happen. If you are looking for a company who performs exceptional work at a great price, then Creative Tile are the folks that you need. I will definately use this company going forward and will recommend to family and friends.

We wanted to use smaller tile than is usual these days, (over 100 sq.ft. of subway-type tile) in an older home with not-so-square walls! Craig and crew didn't even blink, and worked extra hard to give us the look we wanted, even though I am sure it took much longer than the 12X12 tile would have. Even with our big, nosy dog and me looking over their shoulders and getting in the way, Craig and crew worked tirelessly through the weekend and into the next week to make sure everything was done correctly, and the results speak for themselves. Great job at a reasonable price, highly professional and dependable service from start to finish. We have another bathroom to do and Creative Tile is first on the list as far as we are concerned.

The crew worked well together and stuck with the job until finished. They did a good job of placing the tile in a 45 degree angle (for the cost of $200 included in the quoted price). We were given the 10% Angie'sList discount. We have received many compliments on the job.

Every once in a while you are blessed to find a contractor who delivers more than expected and desired. We have nothing but praise for Craig and Lewis of Creative Tile. My wife had a picture of a tuscan style tiled bathroom which I thought was beautiful, but unattainable. I thought the cost would be too great and I honestly didn't know there were contractors available to "normal" folks like us that could even install and assemble a shower like that. I thought professionals like Craig and Lewis were available only to "rich" people with million dollar houses! I thought we were going to have to end up with a corner shower kit from home depot in our bathroom. When Craig said it was possible we were very excited and Craig and Lewis did not dissapoint. They completely built the shower-providing all lumber and drywall needed to build the shower. They are professionals in every sense of the word. Craig brings his over 20 years of experience doing tile to your project and Lewis-his over 30 years of experience! Craig even met us on a Saturday morning at a local tile store to help us pick out tile. Picking out tile seems like a daunting task because there are alot of little pieces involved, but Craig made it easy. He even picked up our toilet and vanity from home depot for us and brought it to our home and he and Lewis installed them for us-which made it really easy for us-no extra charge for any of that btw. It was so nice to be able to go shopping for items and not have to worry about how to get them home. We also were in the process of getting a new back entry door for our home and we asked if he could throw that on the same load from home depot and he said that was no problem-and no extra charge! Note that the cost above is for labor only and does not include the tiles, toilet, vanity, or showerhead or faucet, but Craig supplied all of the grout and plumbing supplies and anything else that was needed. Our bathroom looks like it should be in a million dollar house. Any job you have I feel very confident saying they can do it, no matter what area of town your house is in, how large or how small your house is. They were always there when they said they would be there, and always available by text or cell phone. They ended up having to make numerous trips to home depot for other parts that were needed, but they never once said there was any extra cost involved for their time to go get the parts, or the parts themselves. Their price was VERY good too. I'm sure that another contractor would have charged much more than Craig did. My best advice is hire Creative Tile while you can, because as this business grows, it will be harder and harder to get on their schedule. We followed that advice and are having Craig tile another bathroom for us. I know this probably sounds like a fake review, but look at the before and after pics and you will see why my wife and I are so excited to give Craig and Lewis this glowing review. They made a dream bathroom come true for us, after years of waiting for one.

Creative Tile LLC was a PLEASURE to work with. It seriously broke my heart turning down their bid because we liked them so much. Their bid was EXTREMELY reasonable but since we waited so long to call, they would have been unable to begin work for 3 weeks and we wanted to begin work ASAP. Unfortunately we were in a bind and found someone who could start immediately for a bit less money. Currently we are paying a mortgage and a rent payment so the sooner work can begin for us the better. If we hadn't been in such a hurry I would definitely have gone with Creative Tile for their expertise. I feel tile work makes or breaks a bathroom and I think Craig would have done a professional and beautiful job. This company is super professional and kind. Even when I told Craig we were going another direction, he still wished us the best of luck and told us what a great house we had. This is a class act company and I would HIGHLY recommend them. If we have any tile/remodeling needs in the future, we will definitely use them!

Craig and his team did a fantastic job and went the extra mile to make sure things were done right. Communication was great and they kept us informed of any changes or issues that came up during the work. Work was completed as scheduled and the area was cleaned and kept orderly at all times. They did a great job. He underestimated what work he had to do but he never changed the price on it, which was great. He didn't know how detailed it was at the time but he never changed the rate. He was very honest and good.

Very Professional , Polite, Prompt, Quick & Efficient , Careful,cleaned up every day. Kept us informed & gave tips for a better looking job. Explained anything that was out of the ordinary . One tile cracked behind shower door bracket because the hardness of the product that nobody noticed. Craig came out quickly & fixed it. Beautiful Work. Would definitely call him again.

Craig was very responsive and timely throughout the entire process from estimate and actual work. He and his staff were very professional and did a great job for a very reasonable price. One tile had accidentally fallen and chipped the new tub. Craig immediately worked with us to rectify the problem to everyone's satisfaction. Would not accept payment until everything was done to our satisfaction. The end result was everything we had hoped for and he was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use his services again in the future as well as recommend him to others! Rare find in a sea of tile contractors....fair price and great service!

The total job had a few delays because of special order of some tiles,and employees sickness,but overall it was ok.

Estimate was very reasonable and Craig stuck to it exactly. Some trouble with floor tile coming from the supplier, and Craig was very flexible when material did not show up when expected. Excellent work, along with some very good suggestions for improving the job as we went along. One of the very, very few contractors that showed up when he said he would, called when he would be ten minutes late, answered every questions with helpful information, and delivered a beautiful tile job. I wish all the rest of the improvements I need done included tile work. I would recommend him without reservation and would hire him again gladly. Even my wife, who is construction-phobic, appreciated Craig's helpful and non-intrusive work style.

Craig Veteto and his crew at Creative Tile did an excellent job with this project. He came the same day to provide an estimate, and scheduled the work promptly. He was willing to do a partial redo but I elected to remove the whole shower. His estimate was in line with what my parents paid for similar work (different city but comparable market). Since my tile was discontinued, he met me at the store to help select new tile that would coordinate with my existing bath floor tile. He also suggested improvements in the size of tile used to achieve better slope on the shower floor. He was patient about delays in starting work since tile that best matched bath floor tile had to be ordered -- and then the tile didn't come when promised to us by the source. Once the tile was in, he started work the same day. His crew was polite and professional and cleaned up well during and after the tear out. They communicated well and were easy to work with, which was important in a project that takes a few days to complete in stages. The shower looks wonderful -- much better than the original work done when our house was built 8 years ago. Our plumber even noted how nice it was and asked who did the work. Getting our shower door back in was tricky since it was a strange custom size and the new tile was thinner than the old tile, but Craig was able to install two panels in a color that matched the tile and fit the door back in, which saved the expense of a new custom door and a delay of nearly three weeks for ordering. Craig's ingenuity in solving this problem was much appreciated and a cost savings. He also came back on his own time to fix a component on the shower door bottom that we both realized needed to go in a different way. I would highly recommend Creative Tile and would call them for future work.

I had purchased 30 boxes of tile and 9 bags of mortar, and 4 bags of grout. Mr. Veteto suggested that he would bring the mortar that he works with and it was much better then what I had purchased. He used almost all of the boxes with very little waste, I have roughly 9 pieces of tile left, that is how good he is and the gentleman that worked with as well. He took the mortar in trade of what he brought to save me money and I thought that he cares about the customer that he is rendering service too. I would highly recommend Craig Veteto; Creative Tile Company to anyone who is looking for tile work.

If was a very pleasant experience and was happy with the work and the promptness of how soon they finished the job and how they were able to give me a start date and arrive as expected.

They took out a tub and created a stand up shower. They stuck to their estimate and did a great job.

Called for estimate; Craig inspected work to be preformed gave me an estimate which I accepted on the spot; date set; he showed up as agreed, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after work was completed. No hitches whatsoever.

I had a small bathroom that Craig replaced the tile in. I also had the old pedestal sink removed and a new one installed. Craig went above and beyond to get the job done. I would highly recommend his services: timely, professional, and the end result was a great looking bathroom! I will actually be using Creative Tiles services on my next bathroom project...Craig did an excellent job!

Craige and crew was very professional. Very knowlegable of installing tile in tub surround. Was not messy and cleaned up afterwards. Made sure that my wood floors were covered as they worked. Used proper tools to get job done as quickly as possible. On time both days worked very effeciently. Very impressed with workmanship and professionalizm. Would highly recommend. Also price was very fair compared to other bids I receivied which was rediculously high.

Craig and Billy arrived on time as promised both days. They laid tarps and got to work promptly, removing the bathroom vanity and toilet, jackhammering out the old tile and concrete underneath hauling the mess out. The project took 2 days (about 10 hours total) and they were both totally professional about it. They cleaned up both days (the only thing I had to do was some light sweeping/vacuuming once the grout was completely dry), and Craig even returned Monday evening to check the job and finish cleaning out the tub! I would definitely recommend them.

My parents live in Sellersburg, Indiana. My dad is in a rehab center following surgery for a leg injury that will hamper his movements for awhile. Several improvements to the house must be completed before he returns home, including a complete overhaul of a double shower, to make it safe for him to use. My parents are concerned that he will be discharged from the rehab center before all improvements can be completed. The shower is of particular concern. I got Craig's name from the List and noted the numerous favorable comments posted regarding his work. My mother miet with him and was impressed by his manner and explanation of the steps to be taken. She explained the time pressure and he offered to do the work in the evening within several days time. He and one employee showed up on time at 5:30 on Friday evening, worked straight through, quietly and neatly, and had the shower rebuilt and all cleaned by 11:00, so that important part of the house would be ready for my dad's return. And he did all that to accommodate my family's concern in a week when his own father was hospitalized following surgery. This young man was very professional and clear in his explanations to my mother. She was quite comfortable having him and his helper in the house. The work was done promptly and neatly and there was no mess left for mother to deal with. The charges were explained to her in detail and were consistent with the estimate provided. My parents would not hesitate to hire this man again or to recommend him to others.

Craig Veteto, a young man, came out to do the estimate. He did not quote on everything that we wanted done. He only gave us a labor quote for tearing tile out in the bathroom and redoing the tile, which was about $2000. He did not know if we wanted to pick the tile or we wanted him to get it, so we left the price hanging. It did not include the vanity, mirrors, shower doors and all that other stuff. It was a complete tile shower. He would tear that out and tear the floor out, put new tile in, tear out the soffit that was above the shower and above the vanity, work on the drywall to close that up, and reinstall the tile on the walls and on the floor. I was not overly impressed with the young man but my husband was. He seemed all right, but he did not seem to be in the know about what was needed to be done to fix the problem, which was that the tile was cracked and leaking. He was a very nice young man and was punctual and courteous. I got an estimate from another contractor that was a lot more than what he quoted me. He has got a good write up on Angie?s List though. He was very responsive, which was very good. He recommended a place to go to for the tile; we went there, and they had very good tile, and that man out there was real nice to us too. Most people would go back and figure their quote, but he just wrote it off the top of his head, and that kind of set me back a little bit, but he probably did that because it was just the labor quote. We are getting several other estimates before we decide; we might possibly use him, but we have not decided yet.

Craig came to the house, scoped the job and gave me a good price. He also contacted the company I bought the tile from and secured me a nice contractor's discount - saving me $$. I did all the demolition myself, so he started with a relatively open room. I provided him pictures of what I wanted from a showroom, and he installed the bathroom perfectly. I was out of town, so he had the run of my house - unsupervised - for two days and I returned to a clean, complete project that I am completely happy with. Highly recommended for price, service and quality workmanship

I originally called this company about replacing some tile in my tub area removed for plumbing work. I also asked for an estimate to redo the entire bathroom. Since the estimate for a complete redo was so reasonable, I contracted with them for this. They were always on time, cleaned up after themselves every night, and did the work when it was convenient for me. The job was done well and just a bit over budget (because I added the wainscoting after the original estimate and some supplies cost more than estimated. The workmen were friendly but professional.
