Not helpful with type of paint or how much. Did not want to come to house. Finally came, we agreed upon pricing if job took more than 8 hours and service provider keeps changing the pricing.

Larry from Creative and General Home Improvements did all right for the price, his quality wasn't real great butfor the price I can't complain. I provided materials.

The guy works fast. He finished the trim and floor joist in about two hours and I had paid for eight hours so I asked him if he could build shelves in the shed. Using a nail gun, he got the shelves in in about 3 hours. Next job was using scrap lumber to cut parts for an arbor. He works really fast and didn't need anything from me. He was prepared with all he needed. My husband didn't like the way he built the shelves but they are certainly strong enough o support anything we would ever put on them. If you want really clean cuts I suggest you check his saw to ensure he has a fresh blade. The one he had was worn out.

The guy was great. He is very meticulous and he takes his time. We hired him again to paint a hallway as we liked his work. He is personable and he is just a great guy to work with.

This wasa great deal. ehy did multiple handyman jobs around my house. They are a very responsible and do fabulous work!

Did the painting very cleanly, covered all the bushes, etc. Power washed the areas to be painted. Did minor caulking to make the job professional looking. Suggested paint colors that highly complimented the exterior of the house. He was prompted, worked quietly and efficiently. Completed the work in the time frame that was quoted.

I called Larry Veech in August. He came immediately and gave me an estimate for work to be done. He said he was busy and it would be Sept. before he would be able to do the work and I told him that was fine. He called and came on Sept. 5, 2012 and was very professional and courteous. He did everything that I had asked and even did a few extra jobs while he was here. He cleaned up everything and had me check everything before he left. He is the kind of handyman that I have been looking for. In the past I have had handymen that would come and do a terrible job, overcharge and never come back.I would recommend him to anybody.

Mr. Veech is very professional. He gave us an estimate 2 days after we called and completed the work within a week. He offered us advice on the selection of building materials to replace siding around windows that blew off during a storm. His quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend Mr. Veech. We will definitely hire him again to do interior and exterior repairs and installations.

After finally getting things scheduled, Larry showed up to work. We went over what I wanted (ceiling, 10-foot walls, two 6-foot+ window frames, two doors and frames, and a mantel) and he went straight to it. I was a little concerned that he was taking things a little slow (as compared to another painter who I hired), but when the time was up, he got more than what I thought he could get completed, which was almost everything. His work was great! We ended up not needing a few cans of paint, no mess, and his lines were just awesome - way better than the other painter I had as well as my own workmanship. What surpised me the most was that he never used any tape to cut some of the straightest lines I have seen for a 111 year old home that has zero straight lines or square corners. For a general handyman, he is one heck of a painter. I've already asked him for an estimate for some other work.

I was very satisfied with the work Larry did. He was efficient and neat. He even offered to pick up the closet doors that needed to be installed since the store was in his area.

Larry is very easy to work with. He will go out of his way to try to work around your schedule. He is easy to contact and if you leave a message for him, he will get back to you quickly. Larry was very organized and thorough with his time while painting. I was able to do the things I needed to do around my house while he was working. Larry cleaned up everything and the work he did was great! I plan on using him again for some other work around my home later in the summer.

Beautiful paint job and very professional operation. Set up (protection for floor, etc.) and clean up were excellent. Good attention to detail. Larry is pleasant and efficient to work with. He works steady and gets the job done! The rooms have never looked better.

He arrived on time and went right to work. He knew what to do and took drapes down an started immediately. Larry has a very pleasent personality and worked constantly.

The painter did an excellent job of applying primer on grease stains on my kitchen wall and painting the kitchen. He was very careful to protect my counters and cabinets. He also did a good job painting my bathroom and cleaning up after himself.

He works by himself and his work is excellent.

Larry called as he was running just a few minutes late (impressed that he called). He worked the entire day, we have a lot of wainscotting and a tray ceiling. He was professional and courteous. We found him through the Angie's Deal.

Overall experience was good. The job took longer than anticipated, but Larry was diligent in completing the work and it looks great.
