Gene and his team designed and installed an outdoor TV and audio speaker system for the large deck behind my house. They were able to do it without having to demolish or construct anything -- they just used the existing structure (with some discrete modifications) and the result is very professional in both appearance and performance. I love being able to listen to music through our wireless Sonos system and the high quality speakers they installed. They have also responded promptly for a couple of service calls during the 9 months since the installation to tweak a couple of things, at no additional charge -- so they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

All went well for the pre-wiring in the media room. We will set up the rest after the house is finished.

The experience was great, once again. Gene Crawford brings a design creativity that provides a finished product that consistently exceeds our expectation. All employees are professional, courteous and committed to complete customer satisfaction. Sara, who works in the home office does a great job of coordinating schedules and answering our questions. Gene Crawford installed the original system in our home when we built it in 1993. We kept waiting for our 55" Pioneer Elite TV to die so we could update our systems. It finally did after almost twenty years. These guys do quality work. We will look to Gene and his crew again when it's time to update our entertainment system.

Generally good, however, technician misdiagnosed problem with existing speaker, resulting in additional service call and cost.
