Description of Work: Removal of large tree over house

Description of Work: Two panels of my fence had to be replaced (It really should have been 4 based on the damage done) because Cornerstone damaged them when removing a neighbors tree. Communication was very poor. At one point I had called and left a voicemail and then had to get the neighbor to contact Ben and then received not a call, but a text message with the status. I have French Gothic panels and when I asked for updates, I got responses that they're having trouble matching my panels. I specifically asked to be contacted before they came onto the property again after they had come out twice to assess the damage. After not hearing from Ben for two weeks (damage happened on the 15th of September) he shows up Friday 10-13 without a call and my girlfriend who works from home has to put a client on hold and deal with our 4 dogs going crazy because of Cornerstone's lack of consideration. I call him and he says the panels don't match exactly, am I okay with it? I guess I have to be if I don't want to wait another month to have this resolved. The panels aren't French gothic, but they didn't bother to cut the boards to match the height of the fence, so it's a foot taller than the rest. It shouldn't have taken a month to resolve this, especially with untreated boards that don't match the plank type/height of the rest of my fence. I think the quality of the above interaction spells it out, but avoid this company and their business practices like the plague.

Description of Work: Had firewood dropped off. Some of the best firewood i have gotten. These guys do great work and are dependable. I will definitely use them in the future for firewood. I will also be looking to use them for landscaping.
