They originally indicated they'd call on a Tuesday to confirm an appointment for Wednesday. They ended up calling Wednesday for an appointment Wednesday afternoon. After saying they'd come out that afternoon, they didn't call before showing up but just showed up at my door (fortunately, I work at home, so I was here). They did the work very quickly (there were two of them)and the new outlet appears to work just fine.
Description of Work: They installed an outlet for my dryer (the previous residents were using a gas dryer). This required them running a line from the breaker box of the proper voltage, mounting an outlet on my basement wall.

OVERALL THEY WERE HERE AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY FOLLOWED UP AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT. WHEN THEY CAME BACK FOR AN INSPECTION, THEY WERE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY'D BE.
Description of Work: THEY DID ELECTRICAL WORK ON THE HOUSE, THEY ADDED NEW SERVICE AND AN UPGRADE FOR AN ADDITION TO THE HOUSE.

THEY WERE AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED THEM. THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AND VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY DID THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE LINE.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO RUN A NEW 240 V ELECTRICAL LINE TO THE HOT TUB.
