+ -1 moreTHE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THEY WERE SLOW IN RESPONSIVENESS WITH TAKING CALLS. OUR SECOND CALLBACK TOOK ABOUT A TWO WEEK BEFORE WE GOT A RESPONSE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE ONCE HE SHOWED UP. HE WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY BACKED UP AND RESTORED OUR HARD DRIVE.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. HE HAD TO TAKE THE HARD DRIVE WITH HIM. HE CAME OVER AND PICKED IT UP AND BROUGHT IT BACK, THAT WAS CONVENIENT. HE WAS courteous AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DID IT QUICKLY AND HE HAD IT BACK TO ME IN TWO DAYS.
Description of Work: THEY GOT RID OF A VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER.
