 + -1 moreIT WAS FINE. I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TO DO WITH IT. MY HUSBAND TOOK IT AND THEN PICKED IT UP. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. IT CAME BACK RIGHT. WE HAD CALLED SOME OTHER PLACES AND THEY WERE A LOT MORE.
Description of Work: WE HAD A WORM OR SOMETHING AND OUR COMPUTER WASN'T WORKING. THEY HAD TO ERASE THE HARD DRIVE AND RELOAD IT.

 + -1 moreI REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT FAIR PRICES ARE SO I JUST RATED IT IN THE MIDDLE. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED IT OFF AND CALLED ME. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WOULD CALL ME IF THE PRICE WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY SAID.

 + -1 moreIF I HAD TO GO SOMEPLACE ELSE I PROBABLY WOULD. I'D GO SOMEWHERE THAT WAS A LITTLE MORE EFFECTIVE AS FAR AS GIVING ME ADVICE AND ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY COMPUTER SUCH AS WHAT I CAN AND CANNOT DO WITH IT AND WHAT UPGRADES I CAN MAKE TO IT.
Description of Work: THEY TOLD ME WHETHER OR NOT I COULD PUT A HARD DRIVE ON MY COMPUTER AND THEN THEY INSTALLED IT FOR ME.
