Punctual when they said they were gonna get it done.i love the windows.i already feel like they are energy effecient.

We also had new doors and storm doors installed by Primax. Installation was quick and professional. Cleanup was excellent. Their products are beautiful and efficient.

Installed our bay window and removed old window. New window is great! They cleaned up as they went and left not a single nail nor splinter of wood. Window is sealed tight and beautiful.

I put up with a bad window for years before calling CHS and I only wish I had called earlier. These people do excellent work and have an excellent product. I can truthfully say they are the best people I have ever done business with and I am 77 years old!

The job was performed in the time that we were told andit was completed in one day.

So far everything is well. I just called about an issue and was promptly called back to set up an appointment with the service team.

We had two shower/bathtub units removed ,and they installed new showers. Derek did an awesome job!! He was very professional, hard working and accomplished both showers in one week. He was very neat and always cleaned up after the day of work. I would highly recommend Derek and Primax for your shower needs. We are more than pleased with the outcome. We are so glad we went with Primax.

Installers were professionals and did an excellent job. They were neat as we had no clean up after installation. Had a window cracked during installation that was replaced without follow up from me. I would recommend their product and service to anyone.

I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. They have a superior product to others out there and their sales and install team are awesome. We have floor to ceiling windows all through our house. They recommended the correct safety windows at a fantastic price. The installer was on time on the date requested and was extremely neat and professional in his installation. It was completed over the course of two days. My wife who has a sensitivity to dust and pollutants had no problems during the install. | am very pleased with this purchase and it made a significant difference not only aesthetically to the outside of the home. Our power bill dropped significantly over the summer with the new windows.

Cody, who installed my windows, did a very professional job. The windows look beautiful and work great. All the old windows and trimming was cleaned up and taken away. I was very satisfied with the service.

I had them replace my old windows with new Compozit windows. The window product quality and service were both excellent.

Guys who did the work seem to know what they were doing. I had 13 windows and they did it in two days.

They do nice work however they are not very good in commun ications.
