+ -1 moreAfter seeing the nice job that was done at a neighbors yard, I contacted Clear Cut. I have a current knee injury and my front yard has a steep hill, so I needed some help. I spoke with Lauren in the office and schedule a day after I received my quote. The gentleman showed up, I advised them of wires that were marked in the yard. They listened and then they began cutting. My only issues were that the fence line was not trimmed and I was expecting a double cut of my yard. That it would show two different cut lines. My backyard had grass sitting on top. Once dry would turn brown. I did call back to Lauren and expressed my concerns. I am waiting to hear back.

+ -1 moreCalled and spoke with Justin and he was able to have our lawn mowed the SAME day we called. We were impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Justin was easily reached via email or phone and if we needed anything tweaked/changed, he told our lawn tech and the change was made. We decided to take on the mowing duties ourselves, but we feel confident recommending the company. They seem to truly care about their customers and want them to be satisfied with their services.

Description of Work: Brandon and Clearcut Lawn Services are - BY FAR - THE BEST lawn care/landscaping company I have ever dealt with....I wish I could use them for all things as a house owner. My husband and I are new to owning a house and horrible lawn "upkeepers" only because we just don't have time with four kids and 2 full-time jobs - you know the sob story... First of all, I work in computers and live by my cell phone and the internet. I like to go on the internet send in requests to company web sites for information. If you give me the option to send in a request, I would hope that you respond. Not only did Clear Cut respond via email - we arranged the meeting times via email. I was able to communicate without having a million phone calls. This was great for me. Brandon came out and walked around our property and reviewed the landscaping mess we have. We wanted all bricks removed. We wanted to make it simple, easy, "not a lot of money to spend", and low maintenance. He took all that information back with him and designed a new landscape for our entire property around our house and even helped us plan our garden spot for next year. In our design, he made sure he used plants that would be safe with kids around and pets. He was to re-grade everything and gave us new lines of plants in front. He came back with the estimates and they were excellent compared to others we had shopped. They were just right in our budget. And he is willing to do our yard, one side at a time so we can stretch it out over months instead of being hit with a big bill all at once. Another bonus for Clearcut. They came out the week they promised. They did the work quickly and accurately. They added in a plant where they felt it needed something. They stuck to the plan and our front yard looks great! Our neighbors are happy we are getting our yard made "pretty." We are going to the side yard next.....then tackle the backyard last. We are so happy we just have to water the plants and Clearcut will take care of everything for us as far as lawn maintenance for a really decent price. We are very picky about customer service, product quality, and overall ease of business relationship in our busy lives. Clearcut has all of those qualities. They are responsive and genuine which is hard to find these days. I am not sure how to convince you to use Clearcut other than to say - they are a real gem in this day and age and my husband and I highly recommend them!
