+ -1 moreIt is a real shame! A couple of years ago, he took off a huge limb (3-ft in diameter), and I wrote a very positive review. This time, he gave me an estimate that we all agreed on, BUT, the "estimate" for taking the tree down was just a general estimate, and did not include exact details. I trusted him to keep his word - we had agreed to have it cut down to a height of about 10 feet, but, at the end of the day, it was only down to 15 feet, and he refused to go any further. His word CAN NOT be trusted!! If you use him, make absolutely sure that there is a detailed agreement, down to the last detail! That way, if he doesn't finish the job, don't pay him! I am very frustrated, because when he took care of the huge limb two years ago, everything was great.

+ -1 moreBrian gave me a written estimate, that I agreed to. We settled on a date and time that the work would occur. He was able to come out a day early and called me to verify that it would be okay to do so. The work was done in a very professional manner, and he and his crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Clark's Tree Service for any tree related service.
Description of Work: Removed a cracked 25 inch limb from a 45 inch silver maple, plus removed some errant branches from several of the other large branches to remove weight and allow wind to blow through more freely.
