Understand that tuck pointing is NOT what will be performed, but rather a synthetic caulk. The process may work keeping the water out, but the appearance of the chimney will not improve. If you want your chimney to look like the day it was built, you might look elsewhere. Otherwise, communication was good and follow-up was quick. I think Chimney Experts knows what they are doing. My only problem is the final appearance.

The original service was very good but they had to order a part and come back in a few days. After three scheduled appointments and three scheduled no shows, and after waiting for two months, the job is finally finished. Delays can be understood if there is communication with the customer. We were forgotten about and did not receive an apology or explanation for the two month delay.
