 + -1 moreThe gentleman who came to our house to fix the scratch knew exactly what he was doing. He also brought the correct chair with him. He felt almost grandfatherly, although he was not that old. He was the kind of person that you don't mind coming into your home. The company also offered a free decorating service to come into your home before purchasing furniture to make sure that the dimensions are correct and everything would fit well. They even offered to help pick out the paint. We were very pleased with the professional service.
Description of Work: We purchased a dining room set and on the hutch door there was a tiny scratch and one of the gentleman accidentally picked up a wrong chair and brought it. We called the sales clerk who took care of the situation immediately.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD. THEY HAVE GOOD DESIGNERS WORKING THERE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE OVERALL. THEY CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND BROUGHT GOOD FABRIC WITHOUT ANY TEARS AND IT CAME OUT NICELY.
Description of Work: THEY PUT FABRIC ON THE CHAIR AND CLEANED OUR CHAIR.

 + -1 moreI HAD A GOOD SALES PERSON. IT WAS THE LUCK OF THE DRAW. MY PERSONAL SERVICE WAS GREAT, BECAUSE I GOT A GOOD SALES REPRESENTATIVE. SHE CAME TO THE HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES, TO SEE IF THE PIECES WOULD FIT AND TO FIX THE LAYOUT OF THE ROOM. SHE CAME OUT AT LEAST TWICE.
Description of Work: THE DESIGNING HELP WE RECEIVED WAS A FREE BONUS FOR USING THE FURNITURE STORE. THE PRICE WAS FOR ALL OF THE FURNITURE WE BOUGHT.
