Very well, efficient. Old copper line was leaking underground. They replaced from meter through foundation to copper entering home at subfloor.

They showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job.

I called Guelda on June 2. I decided to ask them to do the work because they had replaced water meters in my neighborhood and the work seemed to go well. I was scheduled for a technician to come out on June 6 between 8:30-9:30 AM. At 9:30 no one had shown up so I called to confirm my appointment. I was told there had been an oversight of the work order and the representative apologized for the mistake. I rescheduled the work for 10:00-11:00 AM on June 6. At 11:09, I called Guelda and told the representative that my appointment could be cancelled because no one had shown up as rescheduled. I called another plumbing company. At about 11:30-11:40AM, the Guelda technician showed up. He had looked at the faucet on the side of my house and said that it was a frozen pipe split. I told him that the problem faucet was in the back and that I had already schedule another company to come out and resolve the problem. At no time with either schedule was I called to let me know (1) there was an oversight with my original schedule or (2) that the technician was delayed for the reschedule.

Everything was great. Price was reasonable.

They had to dig up my front yard. After the job the replanted all of my flowers and everything. They did a perfect job! It didn't take them very long at all. They were there within 2 hours fixing the project.

Tom made an initial visit to check it out. He made arrangements for two plumbers to arrive after BUD marked the utilities. The plumbers showed up at 8:30 immediately found the leak then dug a small area. They replaced the coupler the tested for leaks. Lastly the filled in the hole. They finished in a few hours.

The pipe originally broke in 2 places. As the team was packing up, it broke in 7 more places. They worked several hours late to ensure it was fixed correctly. We've used this company several times (waste disposal replacement, leaking tub, etc.) each time they have delivered excellent quality and customer service.

No problems. They came out when they said they would did the work fast, cleaned up after themselves (they always do a great job cleaning up), and solved our problem. Nothing else need be said.

Extremely fast, professional and very helpful. I called on 1/3/2014 at 7am, were at my door at 10am. Replaced my water heater in about 1.5 hours. I highly recommended this company and very reasonable prices.

Had water leaking on the floor. Called Charles Guelda and Sons Plumbing on 7/6/13. There were at my home on 7/8/13 @ 10:am. Both packing nuts were leaking on washer box. Tightened packing nuts and dried up water. On 7/9/13 I was still getting water on the floor and they returned that day and discovered that my water was leaking and replaced the heater that same day.

These guys are the tops. Response time was unbelievable. They came in, identified the problems, and got them fixed in short time. Very professional, very personable. Prices were very reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Had plumbing emergency. They were there in 30 minutes and repaired within 2 hours.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS PROFESSIONAL, HOWEVER, IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS TO COMPLETE THE WORK A HUNDRED PERCENT. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THE PRICE UNTIL THEY COMPLETED THE WORK AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT UNTIL I GOT THE BILL IN THE MAIL.
