Salesman came and gave me a price. We talked. He measured the windows in my home. A week later another Champion representative came again. A month later Champion removed old windows, installed the new. Took them about 8 hours. They answered every question.

The initial consultation was professional and assuring. Of course it took at least 8 weeks to get our full length glass in a door delivered and installed which I guess is not unusual. The installation was seemingly fine until our grand daughter stepped into "invisible" aluminum shavings that they had left outside the door and didn't bother to either clean up and/or tell us about. A sharp pointed piece of aluminum went into her foot and she was hurt and sore for some time. We called the company , and the office girl was fairly sympathetic, but beyond that, no formal apologies were made. Within a week of the glass door installation, seal failure occurred, and splotches began covering the glass. We called the company and it took a good two weeks for anyone to come out and confirm that it was seal failure and it took another 3 1/2 months to get the thing replaced. So, we went all summer long with this patio door splotchy and gross and our guests wondering why our new door/window was so splotchy. The 3 1/2 months' wait for installation was even more aggravating because I called early on and asked when we would have the glass door delivered. The girl very confidently said - OH , it will be in the next delivery. I don't think she thought I would ask WHEN the next delivery would be, and then she answered that it would be about 8 weeks. I thought that was very deceiving. So in 8 weeks we called and it hadn't come in yet. We waited and waited, and I kept making phone calls to see if the door had been delivered yet. One day when I called, she said, yes, it was just delivered and I asked her when it would be installed. She answered that we would be called to schedule the installation. In about 2 weeks, we got a phone call wanting to know if we were home because they were on the way over to put in our door (We had never been called to set up a date or time) Once the installer got here, I asked him about the seal failure, and he said, - oh this thing happens all the time. It's very common. I almost had to laugh. But, he says -- if it happens again, the good news with Champion is that you will have it replaced at no charge. He was just the installer, but I did say that I would probably have to wait another 3 months for a replacement and look at the big splotches in the window while I waited. Our friends who referred us to Champion were supposed to get a referral fee and it took several phone calls from our friends to get that going. Which by the way, our friends say they are not happy at all with the way we were treated. They said they had problems with the product too, but that Champion did come back and try to make everything right. I will not use Champion again. Their prices are way too high for the service we got.

They did an excellent job. The workmanship was great. We love the windows. It cut down on our energy bill considerably. I can't say enough good about them!

They sold me windows that I thought tilted sideways, but it only slides side to side, which they did not mention. I also have to take these windows out everytime I need to clean them. They then offered charge me at cost to replace the windows.Their service was great until I went to them with a complaint about the windows.

they came in on a Monday, started got most of it , mostly inside done, then it started to rain , they came back Tuesday to finish up.

It went really well. The guys seemed professional, cleaned up their mess, and really knew what they were doing. I was told by the foreman that this was their best crew, and I was impressed with how they did. They hauled the old windows away as well.

I had some old fascia on my house that needed replaced. I called a couple companies and got quotes from all. Champion was a bit higher, but I went with them because I thought they would do a better overall job. They performed the job, but afterwards I noticed that on one corner of the house they didn't install it properly. They basically pushed up my shingles to make the fascia fit and now the shingles are all raised and no longer lay flat to my roof, which potentially exposes them to wind. I called Champion and explained the problem and asked that they come out and look at it. They said they would do so, but no one ever came out and I was never called back. I just feel that they should have corrected their installation and provided some sort of follow-up.

In-home sales pitch is too long and includes too many "illustrations" of quality. It was pretty clear to me from comparision shopping that their quality was strong. Price was higher than others but appropriate for workmanship. Installation happened on schedule; workers were quick and efficient. I would use Champion again.

The quality of their products seemed good, he also seems very through. The only thing I didn't like was that he stayed in our house forever, and he was going to give us a %10 discount if we went to the showroom, and two small children went in the showroom, and it took like an hour and half, he just kept talking to us and took really long. It just seemed like he was trying to put on a show. I also didn't like the filling at the bottom of the window.

The salesman showed up on time for the estimate. Little did I know it was going to turn into a 4 hour visit. All of the usual salesmanship was included...how much he liked us and how great our house was followed by how great their windows are. I will say that their windows are good quality but not double the quality of other windows I have looked at . I did my homework for a year and there are other solid windows with full, lifetime warranties out there, although we were told that "no one has that. " Also other companies were talked about. I don't like when you slam other companies to make yours look better. I want to hear about your product. Also, it was funny how the price started at $17000, but then a coupon, it went down, then because "he liked me" another 5% and then another 5% that he could use; ridiculous. The final quote was for about $12000. I have seen windows way under that price point with the same quality and warranty. The final straw was when we said that we decided to think about it because I don't sign anything without thinking about it. He then went into salesman mode and did not want to leave. I tend to have a temper but my wife kept telling me to calm down and so I continued to listen, but after sleeping on it, I realized that I made a mistake even bringing them into my home. They use high pressure and shady tactics. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone because of the way they do business. I think their windows are good, but their sales tactics are more suited for a used car lot and their windows are not worth the price.

The time to replace all of our damaged windows was long it seemed, but I understood that they were all custom made for my houses and due to the tornado, they had a lot of people waiting for service. They are the best and very professional. I will never have any window but Champion. This storm made a believer out of me. You get what you pay for.

The punctuality was terrible. They very seldom came when they said they would. They didn't start when they said they would. I don't believe I got what I ordered. They were very expensive. The roof they put on the patio doesn't work correctly because it floods. I am not happy with the product or price. It seems like they did my job in between another. The gutter of the roof leaks and floods back into the porch if it fills with leaves. The guys seemed nice and knowledgeable, but the product was not good.

I think they are overpriced. If their prices were better I would use them.

It is really wonderful. We really like it. They did a great job.

I like them. The quality of the work is good. I liked the way they installed the doors and the windows. I would use them in the future.

They were very professional and very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave us a first class job. We may have paid a little more but we got what we paid for. They were a little pricier and I don’t know exactly how much more they are in comparison with the others. There were people that came in with lower bids. We will use their services again in the future.

It sucked. Our window sills now are only 1 inch instead of being deep window sills. The windows did not fit properly and they improvised by using caulk to seal the windows. They ended up using the wrong windows and rebated us $200.00 to paint the molding. We do not recommend them and will not use them again. The crew that put these windows in did everything they could. It was not there fault and they did everything they could to make it to where they would not leak. I am ranking the crews professionalism as an A but the rest of the company very poor.

All went well. They did what they said they would do and all was on schedule. When we were unhappy with a detail they redid it immediately.

The installation process went very well. I was real pleased with the installation. The workers were excellent. There were no complications. The windows are holding up well.

They were very expensive. They didn't tell me the three-day right of rescission was not 3 work days and they threatened to keep my $3,000 deposit. They played games with me for a few weeks threatening to keep my deposit while I threatened to get my attorney involved. I talked to one of their managers and he said they were sorry for the misunderstanding, agreeing to write a check or mail one for the deposit in full. They did not do any work and I decided that I did not want to have the work done. Instead of apologizing and accommodating, they gave me two weeks worth of hassle. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I felt like I was dealing with a disreputable used car dealership. I decided not to go with them because they were too expensive.

We requested a quote for this work and two salesmen came out and presented the product and gave us a price. They were very personable and professional. The price was a bit higher than we had anticipated however we liked the warranty and the promised quality of the actual products so we signed on. After the contract was signed, deposit was made (appx. $8,500 or 1/3rd the total cost), and the order was submitted it took approximately 6 weeks before most of the manufacturing process was complete. Once the parts were made they called and scheduled the installation to begin that Monday. By Wednesday the installation of the Patio Room minus one door and one custom window that took a bit longer to manufacture. That same week they scheduled the Front entry door and rear French doors to be installed that next Monday. This was completed on that Monday. It took two weeks before the Patio Door & side window arrived for installation (the last week included the Thanksgiving holiday which is to be expected). They arrived the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend and completed the installation. We had Sam Kinnairds install a very nice vinyl floor that Tuesday and the project is complete. The only problem that I have with the project was that Sam Kinnaird said that it's Champions job to install the trim around the vinyl floor and Champion says it's the other way around. That should be inexpensive and simple for me to do myself so it's not that big of a deal. Overall this project was a success and Champion does install a high quality product. The service was great. They were very professional. We had several issues after installment, but they came out to fix them right away. We were pleased with their work and the product. We haven't had any issues.

We were very happy with them. They didn't charge us for the repair because we were under warranty. The quality of their work is definitely good.
