Very good until it came to hanging my blinds back up. Installer did no want to do it, but was on my contract to be done. Ended up with a miss measurement & 4 holes in one door in wrong place. Would of rather been told no on blinds and hired a handyman to hang them. Spoiled the whole experience.

We signed the contract 9/23/2012. They came to install 4 months later, on 1/15/2013 in record cold weather. The installation leaks. I called on 4/18/2013 and left a message. NO RESPONSE. I called again on 4/25/2013 and left a message. "Sam" came out the 1st week of May to assess the problem. He said he would return in 1-2 weeks to repair. NEVER CAME. I called again on 9/12/2013 and spoke with "Alan". "Sam" called on 9/16/2013, apologized for the delay, asked me to mark or tape the leaks, and that someone would be out 9/18 or 9/19 to complete the repair. NO ONE CAME. It is now November, 14 months later, and the installation is still not completed.

The window was installed expertly. A high quality product. The only "hitch" was that our salesman left the company and it seemed to take longer than normal for the order to be delivered.

Champion added a 8 x 16 patio cover to our house. The roof material is 3" thick insulated material. They were on time and did a wonderful install job. Their price seemed a little high, but their customer service was great, workmanship was great.

Crew arrived, started replacing the windows, were very efficient. Explained to my husband any questions he had and what they were doing. He enjoyed them all, their friendliness and their professionalism. Good group of guys. Highly recommend them.

The entire process was very professional and efficient beginning with the salesperson. He was knowledgeable about his products and provided detailed information. He answered all my questions and provided design ideas as well. The windows came in a timely fashion and were installed promptly. The installation crew was very professional and efficient. They arrived at my home when promised and finished when they said they would. Their work is exemplary and they removed all debris. I received a follow-up visit from another salesperson that afternoon. I wasn't home but he left a note with his contact information and a can of window cleaner. Within the week, I received a mailing that included final paperwork and warranty information. I am very pleased with my windows and impressed with the Champion window company. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

They were fast, neat, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. The result was good quality and very attractive.

There price was a little higher but the quality of the windows were far superior. They did a really good job, when they said they would, fast and they cleaned up.

The employee did a very professional job. He explained how to clean the window and how it was different from the other Champion windows in my home. I was pleased with the work.

In the beginning, the service went really well, but then when it came to the new windows, it has been nothing but problems. The installation was very poorly done, and I even had them write in the contract that they would plastic cover the areas they were working because I got sick from all of the fumes and debris when they installed the french doors. They did not plastic off the area when they did the work and I got sick even worse this time, and then I had to clean up the entire house which was a mess because they did not follow through on the contract promises. The installer ripped off layers of paint from the window frames when he began taking out the old windows that I had installed plastic on. The windows constantly let cold air in, and the water accumulates on the interior of the windows when it is cold out. Also with my old storm windows, I never had any issues with noise, but these windows do not silence any sound. I had people from Champion come back out and take a look, and they did nothing but make excuses that did not make any sense. My estimated monthly payments have even gone up by $14 per month since I have had these windows installed because of the poor seals. I have tried for months to reach the person in charge, but he is never in the office when I call and he never returns my calls. I also at one point spoke with the manufacturing end of the company because they had given me a $250 gift card early on in the process for future purchases, but they did not honor that either because it had a catch of a minimum purchase needed. The only person who great throughout this entire process was the Mike Adair who was original sales representative who is not even with this company any longer. It is a shame that this company, that I have spent so much money with, takes advantage of people with such poor customer service skills.

I feel sad everytime I look at that window! Friendly, but it took from 12/8/12 to 2/28/13 to get window. Also it was not the window I wanted. Unfortunately, I did not catch it on the paperwork until it was too late. I think it was too expensive, too. I should have shopped more, but I had a hard time finding a company that would do one window.

They are very expensive but they do replace it if it steams up or something. We've had them every year, it seems like they are putting some new window in. We like them very much. We thought that they probably were more expensive that someone else but we use them because they put that vinyl on the outside and make it look nice. They are always prompt and very good.

They were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

.They were great people and they helped us a lot. The new windows are wonderful and we highly recommend this company. They are a little pricey, but well worth it. Not having to board up the windows ...no broken glass in an F-4 ........I am sold for life.

Before hiring Champion we had 2 estimates from roofers, then we found out Champion Windows was now doing roofing and a few yrs. back we had them install all new windows and storm doors and was very impressed, and they do stand behind their work, we had a window replacement in timely manor and storm door is on order to be replaced, free of charge. So we called them and they sent 2 salesmen over to talk to us and they were here around 2 hrs. and very impressional so we hired them. Can't wait until they have completed the gutters.We have had rainy weather here and with the Christmas holiday and all we have understood.

I was extremely pleased with Champion from my visit to the showroom to the completion of the porch. All my questions were answered - the sales people were punctual, professional and were very knowledgeable about the products. I didn't feel the least bit pressured . The follow up was great. The work crew was excellent as well. They were very experienced, cleaned up before leaving everyday and communicated with me whenever they had any questions or needed to let me know about scheduling. Their work was top-notch. Everything so far has gone exactly as planned. I'm waiting for the siding job to be finished and expect that to be completed in the next few weeks. I can't say enough good things about the quality of workmanship, materials and the people at Champion!

Ty Webb demonstrated tilt double hung easy to clean windows. Told me 2 slider would be better in two rooms. He never told me the sliders didn't tilt and had to be removed to clean. I never would have bought them if he told me.

Did the addition as planned. Finished in a timely manner. Addressed any issues we had promptly. Love the room. Use it all the time!

Work went well. They were very professional and explained proper operation, etc. After installers left we found that one shade panel had been missed being hung on the rail. We called Champion and within 2 days they were back and corrected the issue.

The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. The only drawback was that we were on a time constraint to have it built by a certain date. The contractor was aware of this and and worked hard to stay in the time frame. My wife and I increased the size of the sun room and when the roof panels came in they were too short for the proper overhang. Due to the time constraints my wife and I had no choice but to accept the shorter roof panels because the correct ones would have taken 6 weeks longer.

Appraisal was thorough though took a lot longer than anticipated. Crew arrived on time, were courteous and finished in a day. One window was slightly too large; it was replaced with little hassle.

From start to finish they were courteous, helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance of their products. I use my patio room all the time and find it comfortable all year round. They give you 100% guarantee and they back that up.

Guy came out showed us their kinds of windows and gave us a bid. Then another guy came out and measured each window so they could be ordered. Then they came out put them in and they look great. Since they had to order my windows it took about 5 weeks, which was fine with me. They were very professional.

It was a very good experience. Their timing was appropriate and they were very accommodating. When they couldn't come, they called me.
