Description of Work: CertaPro has previously painted the wooden trim on our brick house, we now called him to paint the stucco foundation, front and side steps and back porch. The big issue is the back porch which had a lot of flaking paint from the previous owner's bad prep when painting. CertaPro power washed, scraped where necessary, and used muriatic acid to etch certain places to ensure a good bond for the paint. The job was just finished 3 days ago and we are happy with the result. There is a spot or two that was overlooked, but judging from past experience with them, they will immediately fix those, and probably find other small faults to correct. They are very conscientious. And, you are dealing with the owner for quotes and inspections, no passing the buck or excuses. They are not the cheapest, but sincerely do good work. We use Porters Paint, I think they also offer Sherwin Williams. You can also check out the national CertaPro organization - they called for a report after our first job, and seem determined to have good quality jobs.

Description of Work: Painted the interior of our home in preparation to sell our house, in Louisville KY (Go Cards!). We used the free color consultation which really helped us make decisions that ultimately helped us sell our home quickly. We had our dining room, family room, living room, kitchen and foyer painted. They painted walls, freshened up the ceilings; and touched up all the trim. They patched and skimmed all the nail holes and settling cracks and caulked around all the trim and moldings. Prior to starting any of the work they moved all the furniture covering it and floors with tarps. When it was all done they moved everything back, even vacuumed the carpeting and swept the hardwood floors We took advantage of the 12 months same as cash. We got the house ready without having to spend a penny. Once the house sold we paid for the painting.

Description of Work: Certa-pro painted the exterior trim on our brick house. The prep work took several days but they were very thorough, including the fascia high in the air and the wood windows. This job was done immediately before the lead-paint rules became effective. They still were very careful to clean up the scrapings. The crew was very careful to give us a professional and complete job, which turned out better than we hoped.
