+ -1 moreI had my basement finished and CertaPro are the painters I used. They did a fantastic job. The team was professional and knocked the job out quickly. To be fair there was no furniture which it easier, but they did primer and 2 coats of paint on everything. Ceiling, walls and trim are different colors. The office had great communication and everyone delivered as they promised.

Description of Work: The day before another painter was scheduled to arrive they called and cancelled. I called Certa Pro and the job was completed in 4 work days total. The last day as Robert finished up Hunter came and looked over the job and collected my final check. Great Work Fast and Efficient.

Description of Work: Did not use. Sales team was pushy and prices were higher than other quotes received. They wanted to keep adding on other items when we were very specific on what we asked for and we were aware of the other issues.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. They were very prompt in terms being on time. When they said that they were going to be here at 8:00, they were punctual and their painters were excellent. They worked very quickly and very professionally. Their work was excellent. Their pricing came to be a little higher than some other estimates that we got but in relationship to the work that was done, it was okay. They did very quality work and so it was worth it.

+ -1 moreCertaPro was eager and willing to do the work immediately, however, they had to wait until the roofers, etc. was finished. The roof & gutter installers damaged a lot of woodwork that had to be repaired before painting could begin. CertaPro patiently waited and completed the job as time permitted; they not only performed what they were contracted to do, but they were not shy about doing more work!

+ -1 moreLee Sapata responded to our request for a quote very quickly. He came out to our home and brought with him references, proof of insurance and client testimonials. He was very professional from the first conversation. He had no problem quoting both jobs separately for us and becuase of the quick turnaround and the pricing, we decided to hire Certa Pro for both jobs. Lee even referred us to another contractor who was to rebuild an exterior bay window that had been damaged due to inproper installation of some flashing. Lee was very flexible with us and worked around our schedule. His team was very polite and courteous and cleaned up everything day to day. The quality of their work was top notch. I kid you not... they saw that we had a birds nest with little babies in it and carefully removed it, painted the gutter and then placed the nest back in position to save the little babies. A nice touch I thought. I would definately consider using them again!
Description of Work: Painted the soffit, shutters, down spouts, facia, wood siding, doors, door frames and garage doors on our 2,200 Sq. foot home. They also,powerwashed and painted the interior facing side of our fence in the backyard which covers about .10 of an acre in perimiter.This included paint / primer for all items except the fence, which we had already purchased.

Description of Work: CertaPro owner Dean Jones arrived on time to estimate the cost of painting the exterior of our historic home, a two story, bevel siding structure built in 1907. He stayed for approximately three hours including the time spent with us going into every detail to be covered in the job. He seemed to understand very well our questions with regard to our home's age as well as our desire that its architestural integrety is maintained, aaddressing each concern to our statisfaction. He even touched on things like reglazing and glass replacement where needed, not to mention window cleaning. He was able to provide us with print out of the contract detailing everything before he left. We were also pleased with the cost which was very competitive. CertaPro was one of four contractors called for estimates. Three days before the job was to begin, he introduced me to his painting contractor Nick Creager who impressed us with his knowledge and attention to detail. When they began, Nick was there ever day working with and supervising his crew. All were professional, effecient and courteous, spending extra time making sure the house was properly preped. This included power washing, scraping, hand sanding and caulking. We were pleased with the work and more than likely will call Dean again for another estimate for our home's exterior.

Dean Johns (owner) introduced me to the supervisor on the job and he kept me informed on a daily basis. The house needed some wood repair before painting and Dean Johns arranged for the completion of this work prior to painting. The work staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very well organized. Supplies arrived the day before painting began and were kept neat and secured in the side yard. The day of completion all supplies were removed and there was no evidence that the painters were even there. Thank you again CertaPro. I'm sure I will use you again.
