Cat's Cleaning Service

Everything was clean top to bottom blinds, windows, inside windowsills, baseboards, bathrooms sparkle smell great, kitchen the same, highly recommend.

She cleaned once - made the bathrooms and kitchen surfaces sparkle,straightened everything, vacuumed dog hair off couch and other furniture,polished wood, removed trash and polished metal trash bins. However, my downstairs floors did not look clean to me(shoe prints, spill marks, salt, dirt and salt visible). Also I ran my hand over a wooden shelf and it came back oily and black. THere was a dead fly on windowsill exactly where I'd seen it that morning. Guest room, which I asked her not to clean, had some white powder scattered in lumps all over carpet, and a container in my bathroom broken. She had left note asking me to let her know if she missed anything; after thanking her for great work, I mentioned those things. She sent back a nasty email saying that she had cleaned thoroughly, said I was too hard to please, said in any case I had asked her references too many questions (6)and that I was a bad customer for not appreciating all she had done. Needless to say, that's that.

She did an expert job and was a very pleasant person who does her own work.

Catherine was prompt, very personable, and reasonably priced.
