Things went very well, just like Joe had described the process to me. Day 1-site excavation. Day 2-installation of piers and soil put back in place, clean-up of all areas, grass seed applied and covered with straw. All work was completed in a professional manner, and my yard was left in great condition. Joe and his crew did a wonderful job. Joe explained the entire process in an easy to understand way and kept me posted on their progress as the job was being performed.

After meeting Joe at a home show, he came to our house and gave us an estimate. We agreed on price and was told they would contact us in a few days to set a date. The date set was in about 3 weeks. The team of 12 - 15 men arrived on the date we agreed on. They worked about 6 hours the first day and finished the job in about 6 hours the next day. While they were working we left the home because of high noise level. The floors were dug up around the walls. At the end of the second day they cleaned up and left the basement looking good. The floors had been re-cemented and the walls were covered with a white laminate material. The men that worked were polite and worked hard. They were only in the basement area of the house. They did have to drive in our yard to get to the back of the house. Our yard was a little soft from recent rain and we will have a little work getting our yard evened out again. I don't feel that was their fault, just the condition of the yard at the time. After a couple of days we had a hard spell of rain and our basement is now dry. So, at this point, it works perfectly. I would recommend them if you have a leaky basement or weak basement walls.

They did phenomenal! My house was sinking in the back. And they installed 11 peers and they jacked up the back of the house. They installed a draining field and put in a pump. I checked with other people and he was right on the money!

They were very professional. They did what they said they were going to do and more. They did a lot of digging and you could not even tell when they left. They left the yard in great shape. I will be using them again in the very near future.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company was contacted last summer to take care of a crawl space in my basement that filled with rainwater whenever we had a rather hard or sustained rain. The crawl space was filled to the top with water when to estimator came out to look at it. There were other waterproofing issues in the basement that he pointed out to me but my main concern was (and still is) the water in the crawl space. We discussed the options a I trusted this man to suggest what he knew would work after all his years of experience.They sent two crews out on 7/5/10. Prior to jackhammering the perimeter of my basement this Spanish speaking crew was supposed to tarp and seal off all of out belongings that were stored in the basement and had been already moved to the center of the room as per their request. They had only one sheet of plastic and that is all they used. Needless to say the mess that is made when concrete is pulverized into dust is substantial. The company owner's solution to that was to go and by a box of swifter clothes and have the men use them to clean up their mess. What a joke!! It ended up costing em an additional $300 to hire someone to clean it properly and even then I spent 3 entire weekends wiping up their mess. That was bad enough...but....the very first time it rained there was a massive leak (like a waterfall) at the front of the house. They came at a later date and repaired that (more jackhammering) and that has ceased to be an issue. However, the crawl space at the rear of the home (the original problem and the reason for the work) still fills with water and pours over the side and onto the basement floor when it rains. It has been a little over a year and although this work is allegedly "guaranteed for life" they have not returned to fix it. At this point they will not even return my phone calls and I have sought out legal representation. In fairness to this company, they have offered to put a sump pump in the crawlspace at a cost to us of $1200. The gentleman who did the estimate has admitted it was his fault and although he has offered to pay for this he has yet to come through. Through various phone calls I have managed to get the $1200 price tag down to $175, however I don't feel I owe them another dime for something that was not done correctly the first time and should come under the "lifetime guarantee"! STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I couldn't ever get a written estimate or proposal from them. Seemed to want to do everything verbal. I am not comfortable starting a $10,000+ repair with nothing in writing before I decide to use a different company.

WE'VE USED THEM TWICE BEFORE FOR LIFTING FOUNDATION. THE PROBLEM WE HAD WITH THEM WAS THE GUY WHO CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE CAME AT A BAD TIME BECAUSE WHEN WE DIDN'T EXCEPT HIM, WE WEREN'T THERE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT AND THIS CAUSED THE PAPER WORK TO GET SHUFFLED. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.
