It was under warranty because they installed them the year before and there were problems with it and they decided to just refinish everything. They were very good about fixing the problem. I think they spent a good bit of money to make us happy. They were fine. They came when they said they would. There were no issues with professionalism. They basically explained everything that needed to be done and they did a good job explaining and so we know what to expect.

Great customer service but the quality wasn't what we'd hoped for the $$$.

They cleaned both the family room carpet and the couch. The couch looked like new after the cleaning.

We were very pleased with the price, the product and everything. I would definitely recommend them. They were very prompt. They did a very good job. They had a lot of samples for their carpeting and the grade of the carpeting was very good. I was just very pleased all the way around.

They did an excellent job when we had some remodeling done; I highly recommend them. I liked everything; they were neat and clean. After the carpet was installed they vacuumed it to make sure all the little carpet pieces were picked up. In the past I also have used them for carpet cleaning and they were thorough and professional.

They cleaned my entire first floor where there was carpet. I have hardwood in kitchen and foyer. They did a pretty good job - about the same as other companies I've use, such as Coit.

This company is incredible! They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our carpet choice and installation. We really can't say enough good things about them. Will definitely use them for future work and have recommended them to several friends.

The two men arrived on time and looked at all areas I wanted to have cleaned. I pointed out badly stained areas in the hallway and other areas that we had attempted to clean. I was told that they may not all come out, but was pleasantly surprised when all stains were removed and the carpet looks like new. Carpet Specialists vacuum first, something no other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past have done. This is the second time I have used them, and although I may be able to have the job done for less money, but I would rather pay for the quality cleaning I received.

My general contractor gave me the name of this company as they have a good selection and reasonable prices. This much was true. The company gave me an installed bid for vinyl flooring and carpet. The service and responsiveness by the salesman was terrible. Callbacks were days later or non-existent. Reply emails to both the office and salesman were non-responsive. They finally visited to measure and came back with a much different price not including installation. When I questioned them about it, I got no reply. Bad experience.

They have a huge selection of flooring.

My husband and I purchased a new (to us) house and were busy remodeling. We did most of the work ourselves. We took down a large wall between the living room and the kitchen/dining area and needed to figure out how to handle the bare spot (where the wall had been) between the carpeted living room and the resilient tile in the kitchen. We also had added a half wall in another carpeted spot and wanted to make the remaining carpet fit there. I called Carpet Specialists first to get a professional opinion of how to handle these areas. I had lots of questions since there was parquet hardwood under the carpet and then the resilient tile. David Turner - the owner - came in and talked me through all of my options. He then sent out two specialists: one who measured all of our living spaces so that we could price each area separately, and one who refinishes hardwood. The hardwood person evaluated the floors and gave me a room-by-room quote on refinishing - so I could pick and choose which rooms to do. I then spoke with a carpet specialist who talked me through pricing options for rooms I might want to re-carpet. The cost of doing all these floors was prohibitive - given the amount of remodeling we were doing, so they recommended we consider going with a stock lower grade carpeting all over and then working on each room as we could afford it. I have never worked with anyone before who was so cautious with my money! At this point we are still mid-remodel. We have hired the subcontractor to do one of the wood floors to see how we like it. (It's parquet which is not my favorite.) Once that's done we'll decide how to proceed with the remaining floors. While Carpet Specialists is certainly not the least expensive solution, the amount of assistance David and his team offered us was well worth the extra per-foot charge. Once we are ready to finish this project we will be calling Carpet Specialists.

Great job. Prompt followup on problems with carpet supplier. Always kept us in the loop on any problems with materials.

They were not cheap, but they did an excellent job. They had a problem with their supplier that they dealt with. We didn't have to get involved. Of course, there was a delay in the job because of that, but they did an excellent job and kept us informed all the way on what was being done to resolve the issue and so on.

They were very easy to get in touch with, and they took care of the rest. This company did an excellent job, and I would definitely refer them to anyone needing similar work.

Salespeople helpful in picking out product that suited our needs. Installation went very well. There was a flooring issue that popped up that was quickly and professionally fixed.

I WAS FAMILIAR WITH THEM FOR A WHILE BECAUSE I KNEW OF SOME OF THE WORKERS THERE AND THAT THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST. THEY DO A LOT OF NEW HOMES AND COMMERCIAL WORK. THEY HAVE AN AMAZING SHOW ROOM AND THE SELECTION IS UNBELIEVABLE.
