+ -1 moreGave us an incomplete job for full price. Our quote only said no shoe mold and trim around the fireplace. They didn't put any quarter-round or anything down to finish the job. In an effort to explain it, the salesman even showed us another customer's quote where he had typed out "Customer to supply shoe mold". Then he came back & wanted to charge us an additional almost $1200 for quarter-round. Do not recommend this company. Will give you an incomplete job then try to charge you extra to finish it.
Description of Work: Installed LVP in 1680 sq ft house and left us with an incomplete job for a price that should have included a complete job.

+ 0 moreThey came and pulled the carpet back while I was having my basement waterproofed. They also came back and replaced/re-stretched. They are coming back next week to put new carpet down in one room. I've worked directly with the owner, Mark. The installer was quick and clean. Cleaned everything up, no mess left behind.

+ -1 moreMark came to our house with samples and recommendations and when we decided, he ordered the hardwood and had the job completed without a hitch in about a week. They arrived when they said they would and everything went smooth. They even took extra time to nail down floors before they started to minimize squeaks that were present before they started.
Description of Work: New 3/4 inch hardwood floors installed in family room,kitchen, entry, and hallway. And new carpet installed on stairs and in basement. Excellent craftsmanship and was similar in price to the other quotes given.I would use them again for sure. Mark, the owner is very personable and we have recommended him to others for work and have received great feedback.
