Description of Work: Always VERY polite & helpful. I have set my alarm off unintentionally & they have always been very professional & polite. The company was very thorough when my neighbors unintentionally set off my alarm when they were concerned about my well-being. The police did come as they are supposed to. (Fortunately, everyone is fine). I feel very protected with Care Security.

 + -1 moreI purchased breakable windows from the basement, a medical alert for my mother, a fireplace alarm, a remote alarm to set when I come and go. I got that for both doors. I like that it's ran my retired police and EMS. They have 24/7 surveillance. I've had other security companies and didn't have a good experience but I really like this company. They let you pick different things for your package and they only cahrge $35.00 a month.

 + -1 moreThe installation took a little bit of time, and there was communication between Mike and the monitoring station. The alarm sounded several times, but it was not a big deal. The 650 price includes one years worth of service at 300 per year, so the actual set up price was 350.00 That was by my choice, I prefer to pay yearly rather than monthly. By comparison Sonitrol gave me an estimate of 1000.00 just to get their system up and running again. I have used it every day since the April 25th installation and have had no trouble with it. I have set it off accidentally on a couple of occasions. The personnel at the monitoring system are very courteous. I gave them a code word at the beginning of my contract, when I set the alarm off accidentally they call immediately, and I give them my code word which prevents the police being notified. I put off having this system repaired and made operational based on a bad experience I had with Sonitrol. A police officer friend recommended Care Security. I love the ease of use and sleep better at night now that my burglar and fire alarm is up and running.
Description of Work: Care Security replaced the old non functioning Sonitrol system. They installed a new, much easier to use control panel. They also replaced the backup battery and 2 smoke detectors. Mike, the technician that did the work was great. He was friendly, efficient, and showed me how to use everything before he left. He had to make a second trip because of the smoke detectors.

Description of Work: They came out and gave a quote to install security system but we decided to use another company. They had the cheapest quote of the 3 I got but felt the coverage wasn't as good as the company we went with
