Joey and Matt were great. They got every thing moved and into the storage unit quickly and proffesionally. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The move went extremely well. Per our original planning, we had two 26' trucks and four movers. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time. They (Brent, Jetter, Taylor, Zach) were very competent, professional, and friendly. No damage to walls. No damage to floors. No damage to articles moved. They asked multiple times if they could help with any other part of the move. The time required to move was less than we had originally estimated. Billing was fair and reasonable. Overall, it was a painless process and we would definitely recommend Cardinal Moving to friends and family.

Scheduling was easy but when guys arrived they suddenly told me they don't provide damage coverage on glass and electronics along with several other things the salesperson didn't tell me. We had a long delay while we sorted all that out. The guys were obviously upset about all of this and it showed in their interactions with me. We got over and started the move. They didn't have enough people for the size of the move and it took a very long time. They were not prepared for the size of furniture (even though I told the salesperson). They could not get some things into place in new house and offered no suggestions. For some reason, my son ended up helping move one very heavy piece which was dropped on his foot.

The three movers were excellent. Kind, hard-working, funny, & did a meticulous job moving our furniture. I would hire them again. We were very pleased

Nick and Josh were really great. Moving day was the first snow day of the year; it was freezing and icy. I felt awful for them! That said, they did the job quickly and I appreciated that. I had a pod full of household contents from a two bedroom condo to move into an upstairs two bedroom condo. I would definitely hire again! They were troopers.

They were half an hour late. We were very pleased with their thoughtfulness and their hardwork. Moving large furniture and manuevering through doorways, basement steps, etc. Things we would have been frustrated with, they did with a good attitude and a smiling face. They were very polite and personable.

These guys deserve an A++++++! I couldn't have asked for better movers. Very professional guys. Took very good care of our stuff. We have already booked our official move with them coming up in a few weeks.

If I could give these guys AAA+ I would. I've used many movers over the years but Andy and his team at Cardinal are like no other. His crews are clean cut, professional, extremely courteous with an awesome work ethic and sense of responsibility. They even accommodated a last-minute need to reschedule a day earlier due to weather. They are a genuine pleasure to deal with.

Best moving experience we've ever had! We would have liked them to handle our entire interstate move, but they specialize in the Louisville area, so we could only have them load our rental truck. Branden and Hayden arrived early on moving day, but waited to knock on our door until the agreed time. They were both athletic, clean-cut, courteous and professional, as promised. They told us our rental truck was a bit small for our needs, but they would do their best to fit everything in. They worked nonstop for 2 hours and were very careful with our furniture and boxes. They were obviously expert packers and ended up getting all our things into the truck, even leaving a little room for things we might want to put in at the last minute. We have recommended them highly to our daughter, who will be making a local move soon.

We needed to move a very large machine into our garage to await shipping out of the country. Cardinal Moving picked the machine up from another specified location and delivered it to our location. Andy did an excellent job. No worries! He did not need to use any other employees that day. He is strong, courteous, professional, has the right equipment and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend this company.
