The absolute worst service I have experienced in my life! Stay away from doing business with this company. I requested assistance in repairs that were covered by the manufacture. I called, emailed and texted the owner for months. They would reply but never follow through. A year long process, I contacted the manufacturer directly and they shipped a replacement gate directly to my home. Although I did all of the work, Cardinal Fence scheduled to come and install on 8 occasions and never did! AGAIN, WORST SERVICE IN A LIFE TIME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD BUSINESS.

Experience was horrible from beginning to end. The first time they showed up to install the fence it was not the correct fence. I had specifically requested that the slats could not be more than 2 inches apart because of small dogs. The slats were three inches apart. When we called he company and asked for a refund of the down payment, we were told we would have to sue the company. We decided to stay because to start over with a new company would have taken a lot longer. It took an additional month for them to reorder the fence. When they came the second time, it wasn't the same look as I had ordered. When my husband called he was told that it was the only white vinyl fence with slats that close together. It would have been nice to have been told that prior to the installation date. The majority of the fence looks great. The installers were pleasant and hard working. The only issue is that one of the gates is very unlevel. When I called and asked I was told that it was the nature of the beast and that is what happens with vinyl fencing. If they were the last fence company available, I would go out in the woods and cut down branches and make my own fence. Horrible customer service.

I got a several quotes from fence companies and Cardinal's was by far the most cost effective. In addition to that, they were willing to work with me to mend and install two vintage gates I had from another property. They welded a couple of rust spots and painted the gates to match the new fence, and they gave me a discount for doing two jobs, each at separate properties. Guy was the Rep I worked with and they were prompt and efficient - professional and all business. I am very pleased with their work.

We worked with Guy at Cardinal Fence. He was quick to respond and provided us with the best price of the 3 companies I looked at. They set the posts on a Monday and came back on Thursday to put up the fence. I actually called Monday morning to see if they could set some extra posts for me so I could put up a picket fence myself and they were happy to do so and at a reasonable price. The fence is up and looks GREAT. Every time an neighbor walks by, they complement the work. We are very happy with the entire process.

We had an extremely good experience with them. We are extremely happy. The ladies in the office are very nice. They gentlemen who came and installed were extremely nice. They got it done in a very timely manner. They were not late, just got it done. The product looks great. I thought the price was very competitive. The price was very good.

looked on Angie's because I usually do the work myself, but decided I didn't have the time. They were very courteous on the phone and was looking forward to getting the job done. I took the day off, and at the time of expected arrival, opened my front door, garage door. To let the person know I was home. after about a hour, I called Cardinal and asked them if he was running late. I was told the person came and left. supposedly ringing my doorbell several times and knocking also. never heard a thing. I was cut off, and the next thing you know, the person who I was suppose to meet, was calling me and calling me a liar. I called Cardinal fencing once more to complain, and talking to the owner, I told him his person called me and said I was lying. Warning, do not deal with these people. They are arrogant and Obnoxious. If you do, don't blame me

I was very impressed. The company was very responsive. Guy Amstutz arrived promptly after my call to provide estimate. He was extremely helpful, gave recommendations, and provided a written estimate immediately. The price was very fair. The installers were extremely efficient and very courteous. The end result was awesome. Mr. Amstutz came by shortly afterwards to inspect. Highly recommend this company.

They arrived promptly at 945 am unloaded all equipment needed for job. They placed poles in hole for fence and added cement. After cement dried they added fence and gate to poles. Finished 210pm and did excellent job, just what I wanted. Now I have area for my dog to run around in when she's outside. Ron Canary and his helper were very professional and even filled some holes I had in my yard so wouldn't be a safety hazard for me, I really appreciated their extra effort. I had estimate on job the day before on 10/13/2016 and was scheduled the very next day.

Nothing much to tell. They promised a bid within a few days. After not hearing anything for ~10 days, I followed up with an email. Received no response. Never heard from them again.

Outside of rain delays everything went very well.

Worked with me to quote various styles of aluminum fence and corresponded through emails and phone calls/voicemails. Sometimes the turn around with Qand A was a few days. I had the time and patience so I was able to get all my questions answered and quoted in about 2 weeks. Material took 2 weeks to arrive and was installed the following week. So from start to finish it took about 5 weeks to quote and install. Only issue I has was with the gate lock. I had upgraded to a more stylish lever with lock and bolt feature. However, the gate was installed with their basic gravity latch and lock/key feature. Evidently, the upgraded latch did not come in with our materials. After a day or two with the basic lock, I ended up not replacing it and refunding the upgraded price. Have no issue with the basic latch and still has the locking mechanism that we wanted. Installers did a pretty decent job making sure the fence was straight vertically and horizontally. They cleaned up most of their mess. However, they left some small packaging material here and there. That didn't bug me as much as leaving the excess dirt from the holes on the grass. I had to come back after the fact and spread it evenly along the fence line. The big things are important but its the small things that count.

The fence took a little over a week to install but it was well worth the wait. Had a one man crew. The price was a little higher than originally quoted, but we had to extend a section of the fencing so it was no problem. We had previously contacted another company who told us it would be impossible to install the fence due to where the cable lines were buried. That company wanted us to sign a waiver stating that if they hit the cable lines we would be fully responsible. We contacted Cardinal and they quickly scheduled a time for an estimate. Cardinal said that the posts would all have to be hand dug but there would be no problem with installing the fence and we would not need to sign a waiver. Overall I would recommed Cardinal to anyone and I would use them again.

They came out on time and did a great job. They all were very professional, knowledgable, and punctual. I would use their services again and would recommend him to others.

My husband called for the estimate in mid June. While they were unable to give a date to start the work they said they would be able to have it completed by the end of July. In mid July the post were set and less than a week later the fence was completed. We were extremely satisfied with the results.

Cardinal came out to provide an estimate and measure where the fence needed to be. They worked with me to insure that the fence would meet my needs, have an appropriate number of gates and to ensure that it was within the boundaries I had told them so as not to impose upon my neighbors property. I appreciated how they noted that I had a dog and that the fence needed to be flush with the ground so that she would not have opportunities to escape. They also did everything they could to match the fence to the neighbors who had fenced their yards on two sides already. When the day came to install the fence, the two guys who came to install the fence were really helpful. They hand dug one side because there were wires nearby they didn't want to hit. The fence looks great and has been a wonderful addition to the yard.

Rep was on time for scheduled appointment time, which was on a Friday, but didn't measure anything, promised an estimate in 3 days. No estimate arrived. I called the next Thursday and Friday and spoke to the manager to say I was waiting on the estimate, and was finally told he had lost the info. I did say he had not measured the first visit, again speaking to the manager. He was supposed to have re-measured and gotten the estimate to me, but I never heard anything at all from them, and by then I would not have used them anyway.

The price was good, and they showed up when they said they would, but the work quality was mediocre to poor. Many of the boards are not aligned properly, and there are nails visible in many places where the alignment is off. The gate to the fence didn't close properly, and has so much clearance between the bottom of the gate and the sidewalk that my kids can crawl under it - not exactly the security that I was looking for. When I asked them to fix the gate, they did more work on it and made it worse.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DID IT WITH CONSIDERABLY LESS COST THAN OTHER PEOPLE. SOME OTHER PEOPLE WANTED $1500 OR $1700. THEY CAME AND DID IT IN TWO DAYS. THEY DID THE POSTS AND THE CONCRETE ONE DAY AND CAME BACK THE NEXT AND RAN THE FENCE.

THEY DIDN'T DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY TOOK THE OLD FENCE DOWN, BUT THEY LEFT THE CONCRETE PART IN. INSTEAD OF DIGGING OR CUTTING OUT THE CONCRETE THAT HELD THE OLD WOOD POSTS THEY JUST PUT DIRT ON TOP OF IT TO HIDE IT. I DIDN'T NOTICE WHAT THEY HAD DONE UNTIL THE DIRT HAD WASHED AWAY ONCE IT RAINED. SO THEY DIDN'T TAKE AWAY ALL OF THE OLD FENCE, THEY JUST TOOK AWAY THE EASY PART.
