BUSY BROOMS

Two bedrooms left undone-they said doors were shut. Could have asked if confused-even though I stated five bedrooms to be cleaned. Did not clean cabinet doors. Doors and trim with dirty fingerprints. Cobwebs left everywhere and window sills not cleaned. TV not dusted. Didn’t appear to clean finished basement at all. The list could go on. Busy brooms offered to come back out. I declined due to real estate photos were taking place before they could return two days after the fact. Would not recommend!

There was some back and forth about the price quoted to me. They upped the price when I said wouldn't agree to a fixed schedule, I'd rather use them as needed. They came and it didn't look like my house was cleaned at all. There was cat hair all over the furniture. There were big spots of something on the floor, it almost looked like milk. They were streaks on appliances, scratches on the floor. I had to go back and clean everything myself. I called them back about the issue, and they offered to send cleaners back. One woman was rude, being aggressive and argumentative. She started taking pictures of my house without my permission. They claimed they used a "patented cleaning chemical" that doesn't require water. So they literally just sprayed stuff on my things and didn't use water. They did some minimal cleaning, and then sent me a bill for $101, which I refused to pay. I paid half of that, and they've been sending me overdue notices ever since. They're threatening me with collections. I've had other cleaners with much better results. They basically just showed no customer service finesse, whatsoever.

After I talked to the manager and the owner they were not surprised to hear that I noticed clothes and my old baseball cards that are worth a lot of money were missing. They refused to give me my money back for the service.

They do a very good job. They come in and usually there are two or three of them; they go right to work and do a very good job. The people who come in to do the work are very nice and friendly. They seem to be very hardworking.

I gave them specific instructions on what to do but they didn't really do it. They agreed to come back out, and I'd asked them to do one specific thing, and they didn't do it but they kept saying they had, even though I was standing there and saw what happened. It was very unprofessional.

I like them because they can come as often or little as you wish on an as needed basis. It offers flexibility and I can also request the same team of people to come clean the house so that adds an added touch. They do a good job and are reasonably priced. I can also request special tasks to be completed and they will schedule additional time to get the job done.

Arrival of team of two was on time. I worked at the home while they cleaned. The cleaning was sufficient, but being told and lectured on how to clean and how often and what product to use while they did the work could have been limited. If I had the time to clean, then I wouldn't have had to call them for services.

THEY WERE A TYPICAL HIRED CLEANING SERVICE. THEY MADE IT LOOK NICE OVER ALL, WHEN I WALK IN. WHEN I LOOK INTO THE NOOKS OR CRANNIES THERE IS STILL DUST. IT IS NOT LIKE HOW I WOULD DO IT IF I DID IT MYSELF. THEY DID IT WHEN I WAS NOT THERE, SO I DON'T REALLY KNOW HOW THE PEOPLE ARE.

GENERALLY IT WAS VERY GOOD. I'M ABLE TO OBTAIN THEIR SERVICES, WHENEVER I HAVE A REQUEST. I THINK IT'S GOOD QUALITY. IT'S AS GOOD AS ANY HOUSECLEANING SERVICE. I'VE USED ONE OTHER AND THIS WAS AS EQUALLY WELL DONE, MAYBE BETTER. I'VE USED ONE OR TWO TEAMS. THEY'RE ALWAYS COURTEOUS. I DON'T MIND HAVING THEM IN MY HOME.

I'VE USED THEM FOR SEVEN OR EIGHT YEARS. THEY JUST RAISED THEIR PRICE SIX DOLLARS AFTER SO MANY YEARS BECAUSE OF RAISING GAS PRICES. THEY'RE VERY TRUST WORTHY. THE TIMES I WAS HERE I WAS DOING SOME WORK, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB WEATHER I AM THERE OR NOT THERE WATCHING THEM.

THEY WERE GOOD BUT NOT COMPLETELY THOROUGH. I FOUND PLACES THAT WERE LEFT UNDONE, OR WERE QUICKLY DONE. I WAS IN A HURRY SO I COULD CONFRONT THEM ABOUT THE SERVICE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE COMMUNICATION WISE.
