+ -1 moreAs a licensed real estate agent, I interact with my fair share of termite inspectors. Over the course of this year, Ralph has performed termite inspections about 10-15 times for buyer clients of mine. Each and every time he is an absolute pleasure to work with. He responds to calls in a timely manor, shows up when he's supposed to, and most importantly -- he knows his stuff. Ralph stands out dramatically from his competition in that he is clear on any issues, but he most certainly will not try to up sell clients into something they don't need. You can trust him. If you speak with Debbie for scheduling or billing, she is also a pleasure.

Description of Work: Ralph is who I have called when I have done my home inspections before buying a home. He came recommended to me from the woman I had doing my home inspection. I am so glad she suggested him! I have called him to reinspect my homThis last service was to spray the inside and outside of my home. Unfortunately, there was a colony of termites found in a tree stump right up against my home... I will have a termite treatment done to my home this coming up spring 2013....Ralph will be the one I will be using for that as well. I recommended Ralph to my father, he has done work for him to his own home as well as his 4 other rental properties. Ralph his an expert at his job, by far. He is a pleasure to work with. He does get busy at sometimes right around tax time doing termite treatments...but he is well worth the wait if you need something done, especially something as big of a problem & a major expense as termites! He does the best treating for that....drilling &he is awesome!

+ -1 moreHe's great! He wants to educate you about your pests. We decided the moles were not worth going after, the carpenter bees definitely needed to go, and he told us just the product to look for to get rid of the ants. The ants were not affected by a bunch of products we had tried previously, but this one did the trick. And he demonstrated the sort of complicated bee removal technique. Then you finish the jobs yourself.
Description of Work: We had a consultation about 1) mole damage in the dessicated front yard, 2) tiny ants 3) carpenter bees.
