They do a good job.

Very smooth process.

We were at our wits' end with trying to rid our house of fleas, which were not on a huge scale, but we simply could not rid our pets of them. We were pleased with the service and the service person was moderately professional (arrived on time, etc), although I was surprised when he started spraying our baseboards while we were still in the house (to "demonstrate"). He arrived on time, we were finally rid of the fleas, which was a tremendous relief. (as an aside, we had a large population of crickets in the basement and we were rid of these as well). The issue we had was rather with the customer service folks who were calling at least once a week to schedule a yearly pest/termite inspection (which we declined, since we had just had this done when we bought the home a few months prior). When I let them know we were not interested in the inspection, they were rude on the phone and continued to contact us for several months.

They were prompt, professional, friendly and offered a competitive price. They have also been by for follow up inspections. The technician also responded in about 2 hours when I thought I found termite damage. I was happy to know Bright will respond so promptly.

The actual work was well done, on time and as promised. I was a little disappointed however at the options offered. I ultimately found that there were some other alternatives that might have suited my needs better. I believe it was a case of me not knowing the right questions to ask and the technician who sold me the units didn't go as far as he could have in proposing other options. Nevertheless the productive I purchased is very good quality, was installed on time and as promised. The follow up was also professional and prompt.

They were fine and pretty honest. They told me that it wasn?t termites. They told me as to how to get rid of them and it was very easy. They didn?t charge me anything. Everything about them was excellent and I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Bright personnel were there when they said they would be there and they were extremely professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Excellent customer service, explained what they were doing and why as well as following up in 2 weeks. Same day service, on time, with no problems.

I DIDN'T COMPARE PRICES, AND 500 DOLLARS A YEAR SEEMED A LITTLE ON THE STEEP SIDE FOR PEST CONTROL. I'VE BEEN SO SATISFIED BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT SEEN ANY BUGS. THEY CAME RECOMMENDED FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

VERY GOOD, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DID WHAT I ASKED. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THEY REALLY SEEM TO CARE BY CHECKING EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY IN MY HOUSE. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME.

THEY ARE WILLING TO BE HERE ON MY SCHEDULE. WHENEVER I ASK FOR AN APPOINTMENT, THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. THEY WILL COME AND DO THEIR JOB AND THEN LEAVE.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY PUT OUT BAIT. THEY DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO PREVENT INFESTATION. NO SPECIFIC BUG WAS SOUGHT OUT.

WE HAVE USED THEM SINCE WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. THERE WERE TERMITES IN AN OUTER BUILDING AND WE USED THEM BEFORE WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. WE KEPT THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AND WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS. WE HAVE HAD NO RE-INFESTATION SINCE THEIR INITIAL VISIT. THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT.

THEYRE A GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM. OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS A LITTLE LATE. THE WORK IS GOOD QUALITY & THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION & I FEEL CONFIDENT THAT IF THEY SAY I HAVE NO TERMITES, THEN I HAVE NO TERMITES.

HE WAS A NICE FELLOW, VERY JOVIAL. HIS WORK WAS GOOD. HE DID A PREVENTION SPRAY FOR TERMITES AND INSPECTED THE HOME AT THE SAME TIME. OTHERWISE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE FOR THE TWO SERVICES.

WE HAD A HARD TIME MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR OUR TIME. HE GOT RID OF THE BUGS. THEY WERE FAST AT GETTING THE JOB DONE AND THEY GAVE YOU EXTRA STUFF, LIKE MOUSE TRAPS.

IT SEEM LIKED THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I SAW THIS DONE BUT BASED ON WHAT I KNOW, IT LOOKED WELL. THEY WERE PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY, AND INFORMATIVE.

ANYTIME THEY'VE COME, THEY'VE BEEN ON TIME. THEY'VE COME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL BY COMING INSIDE, CHECKING EVERYTHING, AND NOT MESSING WITH ANYTHING. THE EMPLOYEE THAT CAME WAS VERY RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS. HE TOLD ME WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE WAS ON TIME. HE DID HIS JOB AND WAS OUT OF HERE, SO HE DIDN'T TAKE UP TOO MUCH OF MY TIME.

I THINK THEY'RE EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY DO. THEY WILL COME BACK IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS, SO THAT'S NICE AND I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD CHARGE ME. BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A QUARTERLY, THEY REALLY SOCK IT TO YOU.

THE SERVICE WAS FINE. THE SERVICE WAS JUST AN INSPECTION SO THEY REALLY DID NOT DO ANYTHING. I WOULD PERSUADE SOMEONE TO USE THAT SERVICE. THEY DIDN'T FIND ANY SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY, AT LEAST THEY WERE HONEST WITH ME.
