Boston Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

Dan Boston, the owner, did our work and was very thorough and professional. He took pains not to damage our home as he pulled a long vacuum hose through the house. He even sealed an air leak around our dryer hose so dryer lint wouldn't get into the house and didn't charge us for it. We had our whole two-story house done, including the trunk lines coming off the air handler. He sanitized the entire system with a botanical fogger that kills fungus, viruses, and mold and installed a new outdoor dryer vent with a cage on it to keep mice out. He showed us what he got out of our ductwork and it was an amazing amount. I'm recommending Boston Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning to all of my friends and family.

I had a great experience dealing with Boston’s for my dryer vent cleaning. When I scheduled my appointment time online on the company’s website, I had mistakenly scheduled my appointment for a week later than I thought I did (honest mistake on my part - the website is actually very easy to use). I left Dan a voicemail on the Friday that I thought my appointment was on, and he very quickly responded to my call and informed me that my appointment was actually the next week, which I was fine with since I had made the error. The next day (Saturday) I got another call from Dan and he let me know that he had an opening on that day and offered to move my appointment up, which I happily accepted and thought was incredibly thoughtful and GREAT customer service. In addition to Dan’s great customer service, he performed the job very well. He explained all of his process, performed very detailed work, and went as far as to put up wall guards to prevent any possible damage to my home from the equipment. Overall a great experience and will definitely use their services again.

The team cleaned my carpet. After the carpet died, I was not pleased. The company addressed my concerns immediately. I am totally satisfied.

Dan was very informative about what he was doing and explained all the work he did. He even replaced my drier vent hose since it had small holes in it and taped some other ductwork to reduce air leakage.

Dan & helper arrived on time, got right to work. Cleaned 10 ducts & 4 return vents & central return in a 3-bedroom ranch style home with a full open basement. Used powerful vacuum hose from outside truck; put guards around corners & furniture to prevent damage & rubs from cleaning hose as it was pulled from room to room. Removed & replaced duct vent covers with care. Took a little over an hour because all vents were readily and easily accessible. Definitely an A+ organization, look no further.

We just remodeled our house and had dust everywhere thanks to sanding both drywall and hardwood floors. I found this company via the Groupon website. After researching a few others, I determined their pricing was competitive if not slightly cheaper. Twice (I think) I called - once for information and once to schedule. Both times they called back promptly and were super helpful and friendly. On the day of the appointment, they showed up when they told me they would and got to work right away. While I didn't hover over them when they were here, I heard the dust and debris from our ducts shooting out the hose to their truck. He showed me pieces of tile that were sucked out and said some of the debris may have been original construction debris when the house was built. They were friendly and not high pressure. I was offered an additional service which I declined without any flak. My dryer vent had some issues where it wasn't staying in the wall. They offered to repair it and replace the old 1960s vent on the outside. I paid for the vent installation, but the repair was done as a courtesy. Overall, it was a pricey (but very competitive and worth it) necessity that I do believe resulted in much cleaner air circulating throughout our home. I can definitely tell a difference and am not dusting drywall dust off the furniture every few days. I felt they were honest, personable, prompt, and efficient and would highly recommend them.

This company is one of the best I have ever worked with. Honestly, they called to let me know when they would arrive, and made sure to let me know an estimate of how long it would take. They honestly went above and beyond. They did things I didn't pay for, all because they truly care about their clients. I will be recommending them to all my homeowner friends.

He took great care in protecting our home while he was working. I'm really glad we had the vent cleaned, he showed me a huge amount of lent that he removed. I will absolutely use Boston again!

Dan and his crew arrived as stated...between 9 and 10 a.m. They arrived at 8:50 a.m. and went to work. Talk about prompt! They cleaned the carpet quickly and thoroughly. The carpet is sparkling white, very clean...AND it smells wonderfully freshl. There is one faint stain remaining, but when I called Dan's wife (and right hand) she set up a return appointment immediately. It is a pleasure to do business with this company. They exemplify everything good about hiring a locally owned company. The boss comes to the job site and carefully overseas the work being done. Dan Boston and his wife are dedicated to their business. They are not the cheapest carpet cleaners, but I wasn't looking for cheap! I wanted excellent and I got just that. Boston cleaned 4 areas plus a closet. (Living room, dining room, den, bedroom and closet.)

After searching for someone to clean my dryer vent, I found Boston on Angie's List. I already had scheduled an appointment with another company, but after speaking with Boston regarding their services, I canceled the other appointment. The staff at Boston were willing to answer all of my questions with patience and friendliness, plus I didn't have to speak to a call center representative. I decided to have all of our ducts and vents cleaned along with our dryer vent because of a special they had going on. They scheduled my appointment within 2 weeks and arrived promptly as promised. Plus they provided text alerts when they were on their way and when they were completed with the work. Dan, the owner, came to complete the work with another gentlemen. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and polite, and even tried to be as quiet as possible so as to not disturb our sleeping child. They were finished in about an hour and even did some free minor maintenance work to our vents to ensure they were connected properly. I will definitely use this company again.

Dan Boston owns and operates this business. He's prompt and passionate about what he does. I found a groupon and then looked him up on Angie's List- A rated. He did all rooms in our house including dryer vent and was careful and thorough. It does seem like our dust doesn't collect everyday as it did. He's friendly and I would definitely use him again.

Very well. They arrived on time and ready to go. Were there for 3+ hours. Lots of vents. ALL air vents and returns were cleaned. Vent covers removed and vacuumed. HVAC unit cleaned and sanitized. Cleaned dryer vent and installed cap. Very happy with great work and customer service. Have plans to have them back to clean fireplaces.
