I was satisfied with them. They were professional and they came earlier than what was scheduled. They explained what they were going to do and they did it. Other companies wanted to do it inside and dig up the floor but they said they could fix it outside and they have done that. Water is not coming in the basement now and it’s been dry since they did that so I have no complaints. Their price was reasonable.

I liked that they did exactly what they said they would do, they cleaned up and it worked. I had no problems and was happy with their service.

The job was completed in two days. They arrived each morning promptly at 7:45 AM. They performed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned and cleared all debris to truck or curb for garbage collection.

My overall experience with Bone Dry Waterproofing was wonderful from the day I picked up the phone and requested an estimate to the day they completed my work. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. The installers were very friendly, concerned and professional. The services they performed were amazing to watch from start to finish. The guys really know what they are doing and what a hard job it is...wow to hand carry buckets of dirt out of my home was rare to see someone work so hard. My basement floor was cleaner when they left then when they got there. I called three other waterproofing companies for estimates and when I met with all these other companies I was sure I made the right decision to go with Bone Dry, they were the most knowledgeable, reasonable and concerned company I talked too. There is no other company I would recommend for waterproofing needs!!! They also give back so much to the community which is a very rare thing to see now days. Call them today is all I can say...

I have had three different jobs done by Bone-Dry and each one was a better experience then the first. I could not recommend them more as a company. I did extensive research the first time I needed waterproofing on almost every waterproofing company in Louisville. I read the BBB reports and called several companies to interview them over the phone before I even asked them to come out for a quote. I had no previous experience with any waterproofing company and to be honest was keeping the bar pretty low for what to expect. When The three companies I had chosen showed up, the first two stayed very much "under" the bar but Bone-Dry blew right over it with the first impression. From the moment the gentleman introduced himself, it was VERY apparent this was going to be a pleasant experience. He really knew his profession, was very polite, took the time to talk to my wife and children and after assessing the issue, actually asked me what I thought. WOW the bar was blown right out of the park. Words will only take you to the first moment hammer meets ground. The Bone-Dry team showed up on time, with the right tools and went right to work. They were very considerate of my family and my home. This can't be overstated. It really felt like they considered my home their home. The first job was the basement waterproofing. They accomplished what they promised they would, ahead of time, and even did a little extra because during the job they discovered something relating to the original problem wrong and fix it. With out a word. They only said something when I asked why the work area was bigger then estimated. To me the most important quality for a business is honesty. I live in a 165 year old home and I have had MANY workers to my home from every profession. Bone-Dry is BY FAR the most honest and friendly group of people you can ever hope to meet. I have had two jobs since then done by Bone-Dry and have had this exact experience every time. You might be reading this saying this can't all be true, but I promise you it is. They will take care of you and your home Forever.

Their service was good. Their customer service was great. They were attentive to follow up phone calls and coming back out to look at things that I had questions about. The one thing I regret is the decision to have the work done in the first place, but that is not Bone-Dry’s fault. The basement waterproofing, in general, is a challenge to figure out how to solve the problem.

So far the service has worked out perfectly, I have had no leaks. They were very accommodating. Everything that I asked, they answered. Everything I requested, they did. Their price was very reasonable. They cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job. They were very prompt. The gentleman was very informative on how the system worked to make sure that we would know how to operate it. It exchanges the air in the basement out of a window so that the air throughout the house is cleaner air. We had a funny type of window so he came back after we had the window replaced to make sure that it was installed properly in the new window. I would definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased. It was a nice young man that came. It was a challenge for him, but he did the work. He cleaned up after himself. He was on time. The company was right on top of everything.

We called because I picked up a business card at the Home show in Lexington. After our neighbor's basement wall collapsed because of the rain causing earth movement (said the insurance company when they did not pay the claim) we thought someone should inspect our cracked wall. After calling to set an appointment (with a woman that answered the phone with a smile) the "salesman" - and i use that term loosely (he acted more like a concerned friend) - came out quickly and checked out our wall. The "boys" (all 11 of them) came to do the work on time and like a swarm of ants went to work. They each knew what part of the job was theirs to do. Plastic covered items in the basement, plants were dug up and moved to be replanted when the job was complete, little trenches were dug around the foundation outside), rug was pulled up and jackhammering started in the basement, wall re-enforced in the garage, vacuuming the rug. shall I go on? they did it all and in quick time! job completed in less than 3 days. Everyone I dealt with from the first phone call asking for an appointment to the last guy (Justin) signing off on work completed and accepting my check was polite and personable. - - I sort of wish the basement would leak again so they would come back - they were ALL so cute!

They were professional. The team that came here to give the estimate had all the credentials. They came when they said they were coming and they got the job done. I will use them in the future.

He was recommended to us by a drywall company. He was very short and curt with me. Bone Dry told us the wrong spot for our water problem and was going to dig out a large portion of the yard. They were four thousand dollars more expensive than their competitors.

I had a small leak in the basement. Three company’s came out to give me an estimate. Bone dry came out to inspect and give me an estimate and in the process they unplugged my sump pump. When it rained a few days later my basement flooded. They admitted their mistake and said they would fix the issue. When I told them how much the damage was they turned it over to their insurance and denied their obligations to the damage all together.

In March of 2009 I had Bone Dry "waterproof" my basement. That summer we had a leak that they returned to fix. I waited one year before totally finishing my basement. In May of 2010 we had a large amount of water in the bedroom and hall. The water was coming from the area they had returned to fix. We had to install new padding to our brand new carpet in the bedroom and hall. Bone Dry came out and installed another finger drain about a foot from the previous drain. In February of 2011, we had more water in our basement. Once again in the bedroom and hallway. Bone Dry installed another finger drain in the bedroom. Just a few weeks later, we had water once again. This time in the bedroom, hall, bathroom, entryway and back of family room (about 1 inch of standing water). After speaking with one of Bone Dry's installers, he had pulled the original drawing (first time I had seen anyone do this) and asked me about a previous structure in the drawing. It was an old concrete block shower that was not in use during the waterproofing. The workers had our permission to go underneath. They did not, nor did they go around it - failing to connect they system to the other side of the sump pump. This water ruined are carpet, wood floors and woodwork in the bathroom. Approximately $3000 -$4000 worth of damage. Once the system was finally connected, we had a small amount of water in the bathroom the next time it rained. Another finger drain was installed. Several weeks later we realized that the sewage crock in the bathroom was kicking on during a storm. After the lid was removed, it was discovered that the crock had been damaged and someone had attempted to patch it and you could see screws in the side of the crock. Ground water was pouring into this sewage crock. Plumbing inspector witnessed this as well. When searching for a basement waterproofing company, I would look elsewhere. You don't want this to happen to you.

Overall, I feel that the company just didn't want to do my job (it wasn't typical "waterproofing"), and altho I understand their position of wanting to have their regular concrete guy do the work, it's totally not professional to leave me hanging -- not only does the job still need to be done, but I did a *huge* amount of prep work: at least 10 hours of moving rosebushes, bulbs and planters; moving tons of stuff in the basement 6 months ago to have interior working access to the windows, that is still all crammed together; and the anxiety of having water in my basemenet everytime it rained hard for the last 6 months.
