Description of Work: I was happy with the service, and the driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I thought the price was just a little high for pumping out a residential sewage plant, but I would use them again.

Description of Work: Bogard's was a friendly and fair company to work with. While they were delayed some in getting out to us, it was Not an emergency and Don was up frint about their situation. They called as promised when they were available to let me know they could attempt to auger out our distribution box and lateral lines (tree roots). They made quick work of the roots and the lines were once again draining properly. They charged the minimum cost in the range they quoted over the phone ($125). I now have them coming out to pump the tanks. HIGHLY recommend!

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. This was a difficult job because my family had lived in this house for 53 years. We knew there was a septic tank, but never knew that we needed to do anything to maintain it. We didn't even know where it was. They worked hard to locate it, but we needed to call in the Thompson's to use the camera to find it. Once found, the Bogard's dug for the opening and found the concrete tank intact and still in working order, albeit very very full! They pumped it out, cleaned it out with a hose, covered it back up, and filled in the dirt. 53 years. Amazing! We are so relieved to find it in working order. I would certainly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI have used this company three times in the past 10 yrs. They are GREAT! They return calls promptly. They are on time or will call prior if they are going to be delayed. Their pricing is fair, plus they will take time to trouble shoot rather than sell a new item. ///i wouldn't use any body else.
