BOBBY BELL WOOD AND TILE FLOORS

Bobby was the first to respond to our phone calls for an estimate. The other companies that we contacted were difficult to reach (slow to return call, unresponsive, overpriced, etc.). Bobby was prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and helpful. After meeting Bobby, my husband did not really care to pursue other estimates. He completed the work on time, and his work was wonderful. The hardwood floors look great, and the bathroom floors are fantastic (even better than I envisioned). We are hoping to have Bobby back to tile another bathroom and the kitchen. He does excellent work, and I would highly recommend him!

We called numerous companies for estimates to replace the 30 year carpet and parquet flooring in our home. Most of the companies that came out did not want to give us an estimate because of the curved staircase in our foyer. Those that did either gave us an outrageous price or told us that they would not guarantee satisfaction around the curved walls. We had just about given up on getting wood floors installed when we saw Bobby's work and picked up his contact information at Homearama. I decided to make this one last call before giving up, and I am glad that I did. Bobby gave us an estimate that was considerably less than all others, and he guaranteed his work period and unconditionally. My wife was skeptical, but we went ahead and contracted Bobby to do the job. The finished product is amazing. We absolutely love our new floors! Everyone comments on how great they look. We plan to redo our kitchen and bath soon and use Bobby for that work as well. Great work Bobby. Thanks.
