Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen faucet, removed old (broken) which was rusted and had to be broken off...service was quoted at over $200 by competitors...Bob did it for $80 with a single phone call and one day notice!

+ -1 moreThe service and professionalism of Mr. Foreman was great and he worked with our work schedule. We weren't completely happy with the way some of the work turned out and Mr. Foreman did not hesitate about returning and performing the work that we asked of him.
Description of Work: Replaced two pieces of wood that had begun to dry rot on the side and front of the house. They also replaced and sealed the areas around our roof where the vents are located so that water could not enter the house.

+ 0 moreHE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND WHEN WE CALLED. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE BECAUSE WE COMPARED IT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED JOB. I GOT HIS NAME THROUGH A FRIEND WHO HAD USED HIM BEFORE.
Description of Work: HE HAD TO FIX THE FOUR CORNERS UNDER THE GUTTERS ON OUR HOME. THE GUTTERS WERE BANGING AGAINST THE HOUSE AND HE SANDED AND PAINTED THE TRIM SO THAT IT LOOKED LIKE NEW.
