My wife and I purchased a 100 year old Victorian duplex last summer. The larger unit where were plan to live was equipped with a very small galley sized kitchen and one small bathroom. It was our intent from the start to upgrade both of these spaces but being new home owners, home renovation was foreign to us. We were constrained by a reasonably tight budget and did not have a good vision for the space. I was referred to Bob from a friend who recently had work completed at their property; they had nothing but wonderful things to say about his work and professionalism. To start, Bob gave us a price up front after taking a look at the space and design we had envisioned. We hired Bob to build out our bathroom and kitchen (new drywall, electric, plumbing, lighting, shower/sink/toilet, new water heater, tile work and some other small miscellaneous items). Bob was great to work with and the finished product was fabulous. He was very helpful in making sure we knew what materials we needed and on what timeline. His subcontractors were great and he really stayed on top of them. Since I was new to remodeling, he took his time and made sure we were comfortable with the process and next steps. He even ended up doing some work outside of his original estimate as our scope expanded slightly over the course of the build. All else equal, he says what he means. He is extremely punctual and we never had a problem with scheduling or time management. I could trust him alone in my house and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a home remodel. We are using him this fall to do a kitchen and bath on our 2nd unit.

They are very good. He has previously done my kitchen cabinets for me and my whole kitchen for me a month or 2 ago. He did an excellent job on it. The experience has been very, very positive and if there are any issues he always comes back to check it. If you call him he will come check it out. He is very responsive. They are patient, he has been working with me for some time and I kept changing the design on him. He was just very patient with me. He was very, very good.

Bob Blume did an excellent job with my kitchen. I am satisfied with all aspects of his services.
