Bluegrass Paint & Decorating

The customer service is lousy. I was in the store looking at samples 3 days in a row. When I came to purchase my paint and supplies on the fourth day I was completely ignored by the staff. I had done my research and knew what I needed. When someone finally came to fill my paint order I was asked if I was buying enough, and "didn't I need 2 gallons?" The salesman had no idea what I was painting or the size and didn't bother to ask! I replied that I had painted this room before and a gallon and a quart were what I needed. I was then scoffed at and told that 3 quarts was more expensive than a gallon. At $68 a gallon I was sure I didn't need 2! I asked if he applied the $5 off coupon to my order, he replied, "what coupon?" Literally, there are fliers plastered all over this store advertising $5 off a gallon of paint! Another staff member was sitting at the counter as well, while I was waiting I told him the store looked nice and inquired if they had changed it around recently. He never even looked up and muttered a "yeah." I have bought paint there on several occasions because of the location of the store, but never again.
