they got to it sooner than expected - were about 1 week out on service when I dropped it off (they told me this in advance), wasn't what they thought it might be so no new parts were needed, it was cheaper than expected and ready sooner than expected; had to have them bring it back to me - cost for this was very reasonable - less than half what the mower shop would have charged; everything was explained, they showed me that it would start both at the shop when I paid and when it was dropped off

It's a very good place. I go there ninety percent to get my work done. When they do a tune up they changed things that I didn't even thing about changing. It runs like a new mower now. What you get for the money, the cost for the service that you get is reasonable. Overall quality is perfect. The response is good. You call them on the phone and ask them where your lawn mower is on totem pole or when it will be repaired they look it up they give you the approximate date and if it's going to be the AM or the PM when they look at it. Before they make major repairs on it they call you first to get your opinion, if you are okay to spend the money on it or if you want them to do any additional work or whatever. They also pressure wash your lawn mower before they give it back to you. If your blades are really sharp or dull they sharpen your blades for you without you asking them. They clean out the lawn mowers and if you ask them to do a zero tune up on it they, when they tune it up they grease all the bearings on it. They even grease the wheels on it. The put all new cables on. They are many steps above. I can say I've never gone to place that I like more.
