+ -1 moreFran was wonderful, polite and very professional. She researched several ways to fix my mini 9" Dell laptop. Her diagnosis was accurate and thorough! Louisville, if you want your computer diagnosed or fixed right, go to Bestbytes on Dundee and Bardstown Road.
Description of Work: Diagnosed my mini laptop's crash. Due to the part that needed to be replaced cost $150, which is almost the amount I paid for the mini laptop ($199) Fran did not charge me. I'll pick up the computer on Monday to give a proper burial... smiles....
