They were great. The staff on the phone was friendly and efficient. The web site actually posted the rates, this was not a convenience at other dumpster web sites, and they did seem to have the lower prices. They delivered it the day I called and placed to exactly where i needed it. They called the day before the date it was due to be picked up to remind me, I was done so they came that day to pick it up.

I have used Best Deal Dumpsters for a couple years now. I own a company that is in need of a dumpster every couple of weeks, and i have used other company's before, and from now on i will only use Best Deal Dumpsters. They are always on time, the drivers are friendly, and the office staff is great. Top notch service provider.

Jerry at Best Deal has been great to work with. I had (I think) a 30' dumpster, and the driver was really professional and very nice. he worked hard not to damage my yard upon delivery. I ordered a 2nd dumpster, and have just filled it up. Will ask Jerry to pick up tomorrow. The first time I needed pickup, they came the next day. Doesn't get any better than that. This company is a pleasure to deal with. I have used about 5 dumpsters from them so far, they always answer the phones, always on time, and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them because they provide good service.

Called service provider. They were able to provide what I needed very quickly. Driver called 20 min prior to delivery to verify that I was ready for them to deliver. dumpster was placed where I requested and they are very flexible with payment options (Cash,CC, or check) Payment due on delivery. I also needed to extend how long I needed the dumpster (initial charge is for 7 days), and it is only a $5 charge per additional day. I have used this provider twice in the past, and will continue to use them.

We love Best Deal. This was our 2nd time using their service. Initially ordered a 15ft dumpster, but when it arrived, it was too small for our needs. With one call and approx 20 mins later, they promptly delivered a larger one. They even returned a few hours later to pick it up. Great owner and great service! Will use again.

We needed dumpsters to clean out a large basement over the holidays, and contacted Best Deal based on other Angie's List recommendations. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and professional, and were available right before and after each holiday, which was convenient for us. We highly recommend this company and will use them again.

A Warm and Fuzzy Dumpster Delivery Story I met the driver outside as he checked for gate clearance. While walking back to his truck he noticed a bird's nest in a branch overhanging the driveway. Rather than risk the possibility of disturbing it, he carefully removed the nest and set it aside. After placing the dumpster he gently put the nest and it's three little blue eggs back exactly as he found it. The nest is now home to a chorus of peeping babies. All together now: Awwwwwww

I called about 4pm and got price and size information. Then I asked how soon I could get a 10 yd dumpster delivered and was told as early as 7am the next day.

He was also willing to give me a break on price if I needed an additional dumpster without charging me full cost. This guy lived up to his name "Best Deal" Dumpster

We had a large amount of old rotten logs, brush, vines and other yard waste to get rid of. I was not yet a member of Angies list, so I checked out all the local companies, called for prices from the more promissing ones and found this company to be the least expensive. They will take either trash or yard waste as long as they are not mixed. Normally, the container is left for one week, but can be picjked up earlier if needed. In our case, we needed a coupe of extra days to fill it. There is a small daily fee to keep the container longer, bu the owner did not need the dumpster right away, so he waived the extra fee! Very friendly and courtious service. Only has 10 cu yard containers.
