+ -1 moreIT WAS HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY. HE WOULDN'T SHOW UP FOR WORK. THE WORK HE DID WAS SHODDY BECAUSE HE CUT CORNERS. I HAD TO DIRECTLY SUPERVISE HIM TO MAKE SURE WE GOT A GOOD PRODUCT. IT TOOK SIX MONTHS TO BUILD. EVENTUALLY THE DECK AND PORCH WERE OKAY BUT ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO BE MAJOR PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY GOOD. HE WAS MUCH LESS THAN ANYONE ELSE BUT I GUESS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG.
Description of Work: HE BUILT A DECK ON THE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. HE WOULD NOT SHOW UP REGULARLY AND FAILED TO COMPLETE THE WORK ON TIME. I HAD TO BE A MAJOR PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS TO MAKE SURE THE WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY.
