+ -1 moreToday the repair man came and said no, I cant fix it. It needs to be cut out and the walls removed. But Gary is trying to find a liner to fit it. I waited 20 min and came upstairs to the bathroom and the repairman had left, no words at all to me. I called Gary and he is having lunch and cant talk! I have waited 3 weeks barely being able to shower waiting on Bates Co. to come and fix my tub. Even after looking at it, Gary said yes we can fix it. Today, 3 weeks later, they cannot fix it. This is a very unprofessional company and not very knowledgeable on the work to be done.
Description of Work: Gary Bates came to my house 3 weeks ago and gave me a quote to replace my bathtub. Tub has been leaking and need repair also to ceiling damaged by leak.

+ -1 moreThe cover is very nice and seems very sturdy. I was present for the final inspection and the city inspector said that it was great work and would meet the necessary requirements to make it into a actual room to the house if we ever want to enclose it. Originally I was just thinking of a simple cover to keep some of the sun off so we can sit outside but this is nicer then I would have imagined. There were a few days that they were a bit late getting to the house but they finished earlier than expected. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and were nice people to work with. I would be happy to have them do work at our house again. I wish I could put the before and after pictures on here.
Description of Work: They installed a new back covered porch over our existing cement slab.

+ 1 moreAll work was performed per proposal. Inclement weather prevented a speedier completion. The work was top notch and we were completely satisfied.
Description of Work: Remove water damaged cedar boards with LP Smartside 440 bds. Caulked with GE silicone caulk and painted with Sherwin Williams Duration Paint. Also replaced facia and soffit bds. with Smartside 440 etc.
